Subway

Obviously the employees here don’t like to work here. They always look sad and depressed. BUT it’s just the business. There is no passion working for Subway or McDonald or anything like that. Food and services are good in general. I do feel sad for the lady there though. She just wanted to go home.

Subway is the same wherever you go but the staff here are just rude, short and generally unhappy:-(

I’ve gone there a few times because it’s so close to my apt, and I can’t think of a single pleasant visit. I can’t believe I put up with such horrible service just because of the convenience.
I never get greeted or even see a smile. Like someone else has posted, it seems like when I’m placing my order, the employees feel burdened or bothered to work. This last time really made me laugh, the lady was rude and short with me, so I was short back, I said «no» instead of «no thank you», she then began to glare at me. Ironic she didn’t appreciate my lack of manners.
All in all, I’m not going to support this location anymore, I’d rather drive to a further location than to see pouty faces and not be appreciated as a customer.

Nothing like a quick stop to get horrible customer service and the evil eye.

Gals seemed great but were really sloppy when making sandwiches. Other places do great. Was not impressed with this location.

Been here a couple of times and have had a good experience. The staff is welcoming; however somewhat low energy.
The restaurant is clean and warm so it would be a good place to dine in if you needed. They don’t have any sort of entertainment so you wouldn’t be able to watch any tv or anything here.
The food is really good as I would expect and they have everything you’d want from a subway.

Service should always be a priority in any business. Especially in food industry. I’ve been to many subways before and this one makes me not like the brand. Quality is ok, staff at this one is making less friends. My son has allergies and a simple request for ingredients I know is available. Other stores have been more helpful in this situation. This store not at all. Everything was a no, not willing to check or anything. If I want subway ever again, if go to a different location.

I have been to many Subways in my life. I’m not going to say that this is the worst one I’ve been to but it’s definitely in the bottom two.
First off, the staff is less than friendly. There’s a guy that works there with tattoos and he’s actually cool but the women that work there have complete shit attitudes. I’ve been here a few times and my God, have they heard of smiling? Order something from them and it feels like they are burdened by what you’re saying… I’m from California and we have Jalapeño Cheddar bread down there. When I asked if they had it at this location, the young woman said no in a tone that made me feel like she was calling me stupid. So one star for the poor staff.
Next, the sandwiches are a joke… They are stingy with EVERYTHING. Especially their spinach. They don’t even keep it on the line with the rest of the veggies. When I asked for some they grabbed, literally, 7 leaves of spinach and put it on my sandwich… Are you kidding me?
The tomatoes that they use aren’t even fully ripe! Half of the last sandwich I got was green unripe tomatoes. Disgusting.
The last sandwich I got had half of the sandwich doused in mustard… I love mustard but not when I overpowers 4 strips of thin bacon, a little spinach, green tomatoes, too many jalapeños, etc.
My girlfriend even got a her sandwich doused in mayo… I don’t know if y’all have ever had a mouthful of mayo but its one of the most unpleasant things ever.
So if I could give zero stars or negative for sandwich making, this place takes the cake.
They don’t have the line full. Half of it is empty which makes the place either look like its closing or they can’t sustain enough business to keep it full on a regular basis (which is funny because McDonald’s and Jet City pizza are usually busy. So there is plenty of traffic coming through the area. Wonder what could be causing the bad business… Could be the crap service!).
The store was clean though… That was about the only positive experience here.
There’s another Subway down the street near Sunset.
I’m going to be going there from now on. It may be farther away but I’m not going to pay $ 5 – 8 for crap service.

By far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to… Besides that one where I got a pube in my foot long.
But seriously, I drive an extra 15 minutes to avoid this place. 1. The women are less than friendly. It’s family owned and these women are all obviously related — and trust me their customer service attitude runs in the family. 2. And really
more importantly (because really who needs to chat it up with their sandwich artist) they suck at the sandwich making part. They never put on the same amount of meat as the other places, they hide spinach and never put it out because it’s expensive and their tomatoes are always old and mushy.
Find another subway — this one is worse than most.

This Subway can be dirty sometimes. I had to complain one time because the worker handled my money while waiting for sandwich to get toasted but she never took their glove off and went back to finishing my sandwich. Another time there was flies flying all around the veggie area.
