Cheap and prices are affordable. No problem going in and out to get things. I don’t really like the owners though because they are a bit rude sometimes. Not sure if it’s because of there Southern accent or they just don’t realize it themselves. They have to improve in their customer service skills.

Not sure what that other reviewer was freaking out about. I’ve been there a year and never seen anything like that.
Good clean place, nice staff (although the husband gets a little ranty sometimes). Very happy with my two units there. Better than most self-​storage places I’ve dealt with.

Westlake Village, CA
WORST EVER! An entire row of units was completely blocked by a semi & horrid rude staff told ME to handle it. They also said that the semi was there every Thursday and would be gone «soon» and to come back in an hour! Nobody mentioned I would be blocked every Thursday morning when i foolishly signed on.
When the office is closed, the entire facility is closed too. Forget trying to get something done on a holiday!
Horrible staff, just awful. Steer clear.
