Dollar Tree

Worst store in the santa clarita ca. One star is too much for this store. I come here today and my kids were playing with a ball next to where I was standing and this employee by the name of Roxy come and yelled at my kids. So like any parent I reacted to that and I reply «there’s no need to yelled at my kids if am right here.» Oh! God she turn around am when off me. I feel like she could had handle the situation diffrent. She should had aproch me and politely asked me to handle my children or like any other store make announcement in general over the speaker. So when I told her that I need to talk to her manager this lady by the name of Terry come and also very unprofessional and rude raising her voice at me and so I told her I needed the number to corporate so gave it to me and when I asked for her employees name she said; «if you want it go get it, it’s on her name tag.» Wow! How profesional, right? Am amazed that a store has uneducated people like that working for them. Never again will I go into a dollar tree again. Lesson learn.

One of the cleanest Dollar Trees I have been to. Probably because it’s one of the newest ones in Santa Clarita. I still prefer the 99 Cent Store because of their large food selection, but I still love this store because it’s closer to me.

Usually when I go to dollar stores I never expect extremely great customer service. I went into this store and did my shopping. When I went to get checked out I was greeted by the cashier Roxanna. She was so sweet. You can tell she cares about her job and went above and beyond to help me. This is someone you want to have managing your store. Thank you Roxanna for your great service.

Very rude cashier. Did not look at customer the entire time being waited on even when being asked a question. It was such a strange experience. Need to train employees to be polite and realize who is paying for his employment.

Conveniently located in the foot of Newhall in a newer shopping center. This place is good if you’re on a budget. Especially for balloons.

Aside from the occasional lines this little dollar tree is the closest thing to a grocery store that we have that’s walking distance. But people are nice. Roxy one of the employees is the best. Shes so funny and helpful.

It’s a relief to know that everything at this store is a dollar. You don’t have to check price tags on anything. I get all my gift bags/​wrappers/​party favors/​containers/​decorations from here. Mainly because whatever I use it’s probably gana get trashed after one time use and it’s not worth spending a lot of money on. So please check out your nearest dollar tree!

This is the newest Dollar Tree in the area. It’s the nicest, cleanest dollar type store I’ve seen. Great selection of party goods. They don’t carry too much food, which is fine with me. I’m in here about once a month to get items for parties, staff appreciation, etc.
