No matter what the unfavorable comments are the girl who did my eyebrows did a really nice job! Thanks a lot for the work done and this was my 1st visit.

First time I went here the girl who did the threading did a good job. Although I would say they could be more friendly I can overlook that if they do a good job. I went back and the 2nd time the girl who did my eyebrows and lip was so rough I had to tell her to stop. Woke up in the morning and had scabs all over eyebrows and lip. Called them and they wanted to argue. I just wanted to give feedback so it does not happen to me or anyone else again. Going in to show them with my receipt.

This place is amazing. The lady does a wonderful job & I usually come late right before they close! But she shaped your eyebrows nicely plus gives you a lil massage afterwards! I never had anyone else but the young lady I believe she’s Indian. So the bad reviews must be from different people! Go late at night usually she’s working then.

This review is only for the woman with green highlight on her hair. I wish I knew her name. She was so rude! She had an angry look from the moment I entered the shop. She started giving commands like sit, move. First, I tried to explain to her what I want but she shushed me and said sarcastically«I know how to do eyebrows». Nobody said you don’t but not everybody has the same eyebrows or the taste. Maybe I want a high arch or just cleanup. How can you know what I want if you don’t let me explain myself. I am your customer, you can not talk to me rude, shush me, give orders and lecture at me. But there is an Indian lady she is perfect. If you ever go to this place you should ask for her. She is the best!

Do not go here! Rude and horrible service. Save your money and brows! Exact same experience as the other one stars! She made my brows VERY short and very thin after telling her this is what I do not want! I was really upset. This women is a joke. Spend time talking to her??? She would not acknowledge one word and ignored me! Also she got out scissors and started chopping at my brows! Who does this? I can not believe why this woman is still working there. Did not say one word and when I tried to tell her what I wanted again and again… she shushed me. I should of got up and walked out cause I knew I was doomed and boy was I… the worst job on my eye brows that has ever been done. Thank goodness they can grow back in a few weeks. If I could give a negative 5… this would be it. Sounds like the same women Dina, obese and with a gross nose ring… RUN

This was one of the worse experiences of my life. First off, the lady at the counter was not friendly and barely looked up at me through her magazine. I sat in the chair and asked the girl how she was. No response. I tryed to tell her that I did not want my eyebrows super thin but she shushed me and snapped at me for not sitting the right way in the chair. She did not smile ever or make any sort of small talk. She was rude and acted irritated when she had to show me how to hold my fingers and move my mouth while threading my eyebrows and lip. I ended I with super thin eye brows that I will have to color in until they grow back in, as well has a big red mark on my lip where she pinched my skin. I almost had her stop halfway through because of her horrible attitude. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to either.

I have to echo similar comments that were posted here. I, too, saw Dina. It was not a good experience. First, she was not friendly at all. There was no small talk nor was she particularly friendly. She did not ask me what I was expecting or explain the procedure to me, even though I made it clear it was my first time. Just told me to sit in the chair. She seemed annoyed when she had to position my hand the correct way to assist her with the threading. I also told her I didn’t want them to be thin, and unfortunately that is how they came out. I was mortified walking out after I saw them. She also used the scissors to trim them, and it looked jagged and choppy. They’re finally starting to grow in again, but I had to use eyebrow pencil in order to make them look somewhat normal. Will definitely not be returning.

I’ve been to several threading places and this is by far the best in the area! Dina does an amazing job and always finishes with a great eyebrow massage. I recommend this place to anyone who wants threading done in the Portsmouth area!

My experience the last time I was here was not a good one. I have been here three times. The first girl who did my eyebrows was Indian. No complaints. Then the Asian lady, too thin but clean, nice and even. I have thick eyebrows and like to keep them that way. Third time, Dina… was not happy at all. I was very upset when I left. First of all way too thin and short. I specifically told her to keep them thick because I was trying to let them grow back after the last debacle and to just clean them up. Then she took it one step farther and started snipping away with scissors. Was not happy with the finished product. I don’t mind doing a little fill in with pencil, but I literally had to draw them on. I was so upset that I couldn’t even talk about the experience without tearing up. Thankfully they are growing back, slowly but surely. In the future if I can’t find anyone to do my brows, then I will just start tweezing them myself. I will also make sure to look at the person’s eyebrows before I let them touch mine… if theirs are all over the place or absent then I will probably think twice. I give this place two stars because it was very clean and all three ladies were extremely nice.

Dina did my brows couple times and it was amazing, I would recommend her personally. Dina said they also do henna designs which I am excited to try out soon. Very reasonable pricing for brows, about $ 12. Tip for those new to getting their brows styled: I would recommend that when you goto any brow place, spend a minute talking to the stylist. If you can, be very precise with your requirements, let them know if you want just strays cleanup or thin lines or high arch or a new shape. If you don’t then you may be surprised with the results. I make sure I let brow stylists know my style and what eye makeup routine I have so that she can better style my brows.
