Waited for 40 minutes(was first told 20) only to be told that they where really shorthanded and it would take at least an hour to get food after being seated. We left and will not come back again ever. This place have dropped the ball and needs new management og get out of business.

Like others have posted, this place used to be good but somehow it has now become hall of fame terrible. We were a party of five yet crammed into a booth that sits four. Interesting that the restaurant was ½ empty at the time. Booth seats were loose and when someone twitched or farted on the next table you could feel it. Service was bad. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted then 20 minutes for our first drinks. All cups remained dry waiting for refill. Food came on time but also waited for Bill. Manager who has no clue to run the place decided to avoid the table. Almost all other diners were having issues as well. For those who used to eat at Bugaboo Creek, the food has changed. Caraboo and snowbird chicken have both changed for the worse. Low point of the meal was the ribs and chicken being so dry that after the meal driving home I was dehydrated. If you want to know what French fries taste like just open a bottle of black pepper and chug! Just a total disaster…

SLOW… we have been here for over 45 minutes with 2 kids and still don’t have our drinks… This place sucks… Spoke to the manager not sure why?

Terrible. Was seated and waited 10 minutes, still no waiter. Manager saw us get up to leave and apologized. She followed us as we walked out the door. Based of the above reviews, this place should close.

Awful service once again. We were seated at a dark table near the back and we sat there for 10 minutes without anyone even stopping to say hi. The manager followed us out, trying to apologize, but it was way too late by then. If this is how you treat customers, don’t expect them to come back.

This has to be one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had at a Bugaboo. First off the brown bread was rock hard. Couldn’t even cut it, as if it had been in the oven for half a century. The Snowbird Chicken Salad that my wife got was $ 12.50 was tiny. Something like what you would get as a salad as a starter at most other places. I got the snowbird chicken with a side order of fries, $ 11ish dollars. I got four pieces of tiny chicken, nearly as filling as a 4 piece mcnugget. Maybe 16 fries? Horrible experience. This place was empty and we should have heeded the warning. STAYAWAY!

They charged me $ 9.50 for a glass of sangria! (Wine with fruit juice) Thought it would be around $ 5.99-$ 6.99? Bought two as much as my filet. $ 22.00 Crazy! Will call manager tomorrow like food, yet ribeye was chewy and grizzle had to order filet. Think twice coming here again. Thought it was good before, over priced for quality?

The fact that there are so many negative reviews on this page and the only business response is due to a botched birthday experience it makes me wonder if they have accepted that the food is overpriced for the quality with below average service? They are trying on social media… checking in on Unilocal app yields a free dessert. Didn’t use it, but it’s there for the taking… Service — don’t come thirsty. Leaving your empty soda glass on the end of the table isn’t a strong enough hint that you’d like a refill. You’ll need to stop your waitress and tell her please. Onion app — an outback knock off. Wasn’t bad, wasn’t outback. Prime rib special — again, ok. Nothing great but not terrible. Want au jus? Horseradish? Be proactive… because they have it — they just won’t offer it to you. I didn’t leave hungry, but I certainly didn’t leave wanting to come back again.
