Pretty cool icecream flavor creations. Store is clean, staff is friendly. They have icecream cakes and cupcakes to go too. Just a little on the pricey side.

I love Cold Stone, just not this particular location. I stopped in one evening to get my favorite No Fair Funnel Cake to go. I guess the girl at the counter didn’t catch the«to go» part and handed it to me on a plate. I asked for it to go and she rolled her eyes at me and said they were out of containers. Rude much? She stuffed it in an ice cream container(like, oh my god that was like so hard). I’ve never been to a Cold Stone with rude employees, guess there’s a first time for everything. It’s not a career job, but a little common courtesy from the young ladies that«work» here would be nice.

Average customer service… not very polite or friendly. More concerned with who is sleeping with who, using swear and vulgar words… etc…the ice cream as always is good… cant screw up ice cream too much… sad that they let these kids ruin a great place.

I gave Cold Stone in Newington a few chances and it failed every one. What this place does best is prepare your ice cream on a cold slab of granite. And this is terrific, but Cold Stone apart from that cool feat does not deliver. — No sugar cones, for one. I ordered the birthday cake ice cream; the first time, not the ‘remix’. To my disappointment, it was all ice cream and no cake. The ice cream tastes like birthday cake, but I didn’t want that. I wanted birthday cake in my ice cream. I had gotten it once before at a great place in Manchester, NH. This was easily rectified by paying extra for them to add yellow cake to the mix. It wasn’t bad, but still no frosting, and not as much cake as I would have hoped for. The second time I was determined to get the birthday cake ice cream ‘remix’, which consisted of cake and topping. Well… not cake exactly: brownie. I wanted cake. Cake! Not brownie. Brownie is not cake. Is this Cold Stone’s way to save a penny? That was my third and last time attending Cold Stone. The servers are dumb and inattentive. They’re goddamned kids and kids shouldn’t be in the business of customer service. Cold Stone gets a cold lone star from me.

This was the first Cold Stone I’d ever been to. I honestly love the concept of mixing the toppings into the ice cream. Honestly a fun way to finish a night. Personal favorite is cake batter ice cream with graham cracker mixed in.
