We used them a while back to put carpet over the stairs of our house, they did a very nice job. It’s been 5 years, the carpet still fits nice and tight, no lose threats on the ends n edges.
Recently we went over again trying to buy 2 custom size rug, they have a very good selection in the back of the store, Scott helped us out. He is very knowledge of the stuff. Scott is such a nice person, he is not pushy, and very honest and thinks ways to help you save. We worked out a very reasonable price at the end for the 2 rug that we got.
So overall, quality is their best! You can trust them 100% They are very serious of the stuff they sell and they want to make sure you are completely satisfied at the end. I’m very happy about my purchase and would definitly use them again.
