I went there today and was irritated. They operate like the Apple store with no crowd. The associate«got around» to signing in the line of three people after 45 minutes. Mind you, it was 12 noon on a Tuesday; nobody was even in the store! I can’t imagine the waiting if they had a flow of people on a Saturday. I ended up leaving, because I couldn’t wait around. I needed to get back to work. I have been to the Apple store and those associates are able to move through long lines of people much more efficiently. Sprint associates should take some lessons from them.

A gentleman helped me when I came in because my phone was acting up. I think his name was Anthony and he was amazing, he did everything he could to help me.

I recently switched from Verizon to Sprint. After a very unsatisfactory experience at Verizon my mom and I went to this sprint location on Sunday to change our service provider and purchase new phones. Our experience was outstanding. The process of switching carriers and phones as everyone knows can be exhausting and frustrating. Michael and J however made this a very smooth transition. They were extremly helpful, knowledgable and the process became painless. I would without hesitation recommend anyone looking to switch to Sprint or who currently have sprint but need assistance to go to the Spring location on the Berlin Turnpike and ask for either one of these gentleman to assist. I have never left a cell phone store feeling more confident that I made the right decision and more impressed with the service I received.
