Coming from California — this mall seems limited however — it has all of your major stores including Sears, Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Works, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap, etc. The food court is evolving — thank goodness they have a Dunkin Donuts! WARNING: If you’re meeting someone in Macy’s, find out which one because there are 2 or 3 different stores.

I like this mall solely for the fact that there is a Maurices here. I love Maurices and I am forced to come here now and then since they moved from North Hampton. There are very few other stores that I go into here– and it’s never really busy like the one in Manchester or Salem. I have to say though that I dislike the layout. It’s like one long and curvy yardstick. If you park in the middle of the mall, you have to pick one way, turn around, and then go the other– that’s an annoyance.

The mall itself is OK. But the sells people from Deep Sea Cosmetics is so pushy. I bought the nail kit at this mall and got ripped off. They charged me more than the price from Amazon. You should be really careful when you pass by and they offer you a free sample. Don’t take it or else they will push you to buy their stuff. What a waste of money!

I’m surprised at the harsh reviews. This is a perfectly adequate mall… there’s a Sears, Penney’s, Macy’s, food court… what else were you expecting? Yes, it’s small by today’s standards, but I find that comfortable and homey. I’d rather find what I need at a smaller mall than have to trudge through a huge one to get to where I want to go.

It’s a mall. What do we expect? Obviously they sell stuff from China… like every other store in the US(minus hippie stores). I don’t like it. But it’s kind of how things are… So 4⁄5 for you little mall.

My 11-yr-old daughter wants me to give this 5 stars, but I will make it 4 :-) Lots of stores! Typical mall!

I’m updating this review because the Fox Run Mall is consistent, if nothing else. It’s still full of useless stores mostly selling clothing made in China and bored kids wearing it while they’re carrying skateboards and looking at themselves in a mirror. There’s supposed to be some decent Indian food in the food court, but whenever I go inside I don’t have an appetite. There are better stores in downtown Portsmouth, and there are outlet stores in Kittery, so why would anyone bother going to this mall? I occasionally go there because the Radio Shack has some electronic components in the back. I buy $ 5 of stuff, the sales guy tries to sell me a cell phone, I laugh and leave as fast as I can. That’s the mall. One star because it’s horrible and one star just out of sympathy.

Ugh. I doubt anybody has read my review on the Auburn Mall, but in my opinion if you’ve visited both, the first thing you’d realize is that they are definitely close relatives, perhaps close cousins. And no, not good mall cousins, mall cousins who have nothing of interest. I honestly can’t tell you the last time I’ve been to this mall. My best guess is a year and a half ago. And from what I remember this mall had nothing more than you could get at the Wal-Mart down the street. And that being said about a «Full-fledged.» Indoor mall means that this mall is basically a waste of space. I give it two stars because they had a food court with decent options, as compared to some other malls. S.O.

Ugh. Worst mall ever. The highlight of this place was the pet store cause they had some adorable little puppies, but even that was pretty pathetic because you couldn’t help but feel horrible for the sad little dogs. This place is a waste of space and if you go there, your time!

This is the MOST uninspiring mall I have ever been to. Okay, maybe the Rochester Mall is worse. But for a big-time mall with well known anchor stores, I have to say that this mall disappoints. It’s bad when your family just goes there during the holiday season to be inspired for gift ideas. And two days before Christmas, they still have no idea what they’re going to get for people. Thank god I live far away now, and I can just mail a list to my parents and I get exactly what I want. No more aimless wandering. So sad when Mrs. Fields turned into some jewelry store. Really? We needed more diamonds? I need more white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, thanks.

Oh Fox Run Mall. Many a weekend during high school were spent browsing your stores, not buying anything except the occasional taco from Taco Bell or necklace from Claire’s. This mall is pretty average, but it has a decent variety so that you can pretty much find anything you need. Also, right nearby is a movie theater, Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, and Old Navy, and those are the only things I would really point out as missing from this mall. It gets the job done. And only one floor, so less likelihood of getting caught in an escalator. Bonus.
