Old Navy Crossing At Fox Run

Beyond annoyed! I work in close proximity to this old navy so it is convenient however, every time I go into the store there is a line. Doesn’t matter if there are only 5 ppl in the entire store, there is a line! The line is bc there is never anyone to check ppl out. Today I got in line with 6 ppl in front of me and there was only 1 person at the registers. You look around and see about 4 other sales associates just standing there. When they do finally call someone over, that sales associate arrives 10 minutes later and moving at turtle mock speed.
After waiting in line for 20 minutes, it was finally time to check out! I look back and I feel so sorry for the last person in the line as it about 10 ppl deep now. I and they know they will be there for the next 30 – 40 minutes.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! this is now the second time a salesperson at this location DID NOT give a receipt after saying she put it in the bag. instead she put a survey in. then if/​when a return needs to be made, your out of luck,.(ironically this happened when using cash on two seperate occassions) as well as to a few friends so it appears to be an ongoing, if not intensional problem… is it possible that employees are trained to not give receipts so as not to have returns made except by way of a card refund? it took speaking to a manager to get the refund on both occasions… So when you shop there be advised to get the receipt in your hand not put in the bag because it may not be in there when you go to get it… I will be placing a call to corporate office we give you to let them know of this repetitive situation… In the meantime, buyers be warned!

Once a year Old Navy has a $ 1 Flip Flop sale and it’s today and I was able to go. YAH!
If you have an Old Navy card you could have gone yesterday to the early sale.
There is also an additional discount when you open an account with coupons.
The store is clean and well organized and the long lines went fast.
They opened early at 7 today for the special sale.
I just love flip flops in every color and I have 4 girls so we can share.
They had a 5 max limit but each store is different based on inventory so it didn’t apply to this site so you can get as many as you want.
Of course I bought some for my bffs! Go no.
