Ordered a pizza. Told 1hour. 1 hour and 40! minutes later, a frigid monstrosity arrives. I suggest ordering from Pizza Factory in Gustine. They will deliver to Newman and the county residences. Pizza Plus will not deliver outside the city. Tired of their overpriced crap pizza that arrives late and cold.

Very dirty, floors disgusting, tables gross… there is no excuse to have a restaurant look like this especially when they have 4 – 5 employees in the back and we were the only customers in the place. No wonder it was empty at 6pm (dinner time). Employees were not rude but not friendly either. I will not be going back into this place unless they clean it up. Oh, also after spending like 70.00 here they want to charge us a buck for some ranch. That’s fucking stupid! Not like a dollar is much but really come on now. In addition to this, it was my sons birthday and the only place he wanted to go in Newman was Pizza Plus and there kid arcade games weren’t even turned on. Total disappointment Pizza Plus. Get your shit together if you want more business, and return customers.

The food is really good here. I give 5 stars to a girl delivery driver who never gave us her. She delivered a pizza one time and my wife accidentally gave her $ 220 from my wallet. I had given my wife $ 30 folded in half and she left in on a dresser. When the pizza got here she forgot and grabbed money from my wallet (which was also folded) thinking it was the $ 30. The driver walked away but came back with the full amount! By the time my wife told me what happened she was gone. If you are reading this come back I still have your tip. I tried going to pizza plus to thank you but rude ass workers didn’t give me any info on you.

Not impressed, staff is not super friendly, pizza’s are mwah… I dislike their sauce and the thickness of it. The sauce tastes just like a can concentrated tomatoes. The restaurant is not that clean either.
When I called in for an order last Friday their average waiting time was 1,5 hour!
I have experienced better service and better pizza for that kind of money!

We love pizza Plus! Our family orders from here about once a week and we love the pizza, bread sticks with cheese and calzones. They are always quick and friendly… the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because our pizza always seems to be a tad undercooked. The crust seems cooked around the edges but under the toppings its raw. I’ve tried to ask for it different ways (extra crispy) (to be ran through the oven twice) etc… but it still is always a little undercooked so my husband always has to ask for it to be put back in for a min. They always do it for us and it always ends up perfect but its embarrassing to always have to ask

Pizza from here has really gone down hill since I lived here and the staff is beyond rude! They will close early on weekends and I live ¼ mile out of the city limits but they won’t deliver to me I’ll order pizza from gustine they have no problem delivering to me I find that REALLY odd.

This place brings back old memories as i would go here during high school and only go there if I go back home to visit family once in a great while. Living in so cal for years now and still haven’t found a better pizza. Can get crowded and parking can get hectic during special occasion, but other than that, this place is awesome!

I would like to give more stars but the customer service blows it! Worst customer service every time! It’s as if they want to give you bad service or avoid accommodating the customer. I wish the owner would give proper employee training.

The people here are always so nice. These ladies work hard back there!
I didn’t see any hair nets though.
I love the food here, but was disappointed I ordered a pizza with NO sauce on it… I asked for whatever sauce they would put on it to be put on the side.
They charged me for extra sauce even though I didn’t put sauce on my pizza to begin with!!!
What a rip off!!!

Pizza Plus is the best pizza place in town, meaning its better than Little Cesar’s. It is expensive and there are always flies inside. I would never eat inside Pizza Plus. The service is ok at best. No one seems happy to be there. I hate that they charge for ranch.

Services is slow and not very customer focused, but the food is good and much better then littlecaesars the only other pizza place in Newman :)
