Probably the worst nachos I’ve ever ate. Mostly contained a bunch of stale horrible chips with a small amount of toppings. I ordered without meat. $ 6.95 in the trash. Sucks working in Newman when you forget your lunch!
For the chick that messaged me saying,“if I want nachos, go to a Mexican restaurant, taco truck, or flea market”. Really? It’s pretty bad when you fk up nachos lol. I don’t care how «nice» the cooks are like you said. Doesn’t make their food any better lmao.

Best Mexican food in town, luckily for me they deliver.
I love their Menudo on weekends and occasional quesadilla which my kids seem to love most, happy customer ready to return and try the next item on their Menu

Come to this place is delicious I live in the bay and when I’m done by newman I make sure to drive and eat there so traditional the people are so nice and friendly they treat you like family and always make it your way 10 stars!!!

I read good reviews on here so i thought staying in the area for work i would looking forward to a hot meal. I ordered the carne asada plate cost $ 11 + dollars and this is what i recieved. I will let you be the judge.

Had the vegetarian quesadilla. Best quesadilla I have ever had. The vegetables were fresh, right amount of cheese & the tortilla was cooked perfectly! Service was excellent also. When you see locals eating there you know it’s good food. Clean & inviting ambiance.

So santi’s is now under new ownership. I have been coming here since it has been open with the prior ownership. I tried the posole for the first time and was a little disappointed on the quantity of meat. The flavor was great, however I did not finish it because there was not enough meat. The menudo on the other had, FANTASTIC. I also love the birria (beef) with rice and beans.
