Extremely well run. Refreshing to have exceptional service. A good morning with a smile and a have a nice day with a friendly thank you makes such an enormous difference. Beats a grunt or a repeat of an order all wrong. Fresh and hot Kudos to management and a Big thanks to all the employees! Keep up the good work.

Always good food served with a smile. Super busy @noon. Drive thru insane but we parked and ate in was in line a very short time and received our food immediately. Don’t do drive thru get out and do take out much faster.

I’m not a fan of the dwarf house but I can see how little kids would think it’s neat.
I stopped at this location on the way back from a long road trip. This is a big store with a large dining room. The staff was superior as is the case with most Chik-Fil-A’s. The bathroom I visited could have been a lot cleaner which was disappointing.
So overall, I would stop here again, as it’s Chick-​Fil-​A and they rarely let the customer experience slip.

Exceptional service! The drivethru line was wrapped around so I figured it would be a long wait (but it definitely wasn’t!) The manager even came out to cars to take payments, to speed up the process. The manager! Not an employee… Love it.

One thing i didn’t care for was being out in a round booth with a high chair it was very difficult to get in and out. Food wasn’t all that good and it was cold. The server added extra food to our order that we didn’t order then wouldn’t take it off of our bill. It took 15 minutes at the cash register to fox the problem she had made. I doubt we will be returning.

What a well managed Chick Fil A. Was in town for a meeting and stopped in for breakfast to pick up breakfast for nearly 20 people and did a mix and match of chicken biscuits, bacon egg and cheese biscuits (i never really new they did those…) and the breakfast burritos. Got my order in on the way to the office, waiting less than 5 min and was out the door. good staff, very nice sitting area– more like a restaurant and full service– even though I didn’t use it. Its very much like the one near me in Flowery Branch. I love it when I have to hit fast food– (most often not of me but for others or for sports events) — that I find one well managed without a bunch of num nuts running it. This one was one of those treats.

This place is great! Love the sit down menu… was able to get grilled chicken, green beans and baked potato, all under 500 calories! And, the staff is super courteous.. will definitely be back!

Never thought I’d see the day when I’m reviewing a Chick-​fil-​A, but this place is special. First of all, I’ve never seen a full service store before, they have a beautiful dining area with cozy booths and spacious tables with full table service! Mind officially blown.
I was confused when I walked in the door because there is a hostess stand out front alongside the counter, so after getting my bearings I stepped to the counter and placed my order, then had a seat in the self serve area. I was amazed at how many people were taking advantage of the wait service, and soon my order arrived like in 3 minutes. That was impressive by itself because there were at least 30 cars in the drive thru.
As usual the chicken sandwich was fantastic, and those waffle fries!!! Ketchup and mayo on the table, they got hot sauce if you need it. Just a very pleasant experience and all the employees were very friendly. Will make this a regular stop. If you’re traveling 85 you should too.

Who can say anything bad about Chick-​Fil-​A? This location is always busy, which is a good sign. Staff are courteous and always have gotten my order correct. Even though you might have to wait a smidgen more for your food. Definitely well worth it.

Always busy here, but the dwarf house is a nice change compared to others without the option of having a server. The chicken sandwich sizes seem a little smaller but that’s probably from distribution. Staff is real friendly and attentive.

I love Chickfila, but this one sucks. The cashier obviously hated her job, the coke (carbonation) was out, there was no playground, and omg I asked for chickfila sauce, not your left nut. Wont come here again. :(

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. We ordered 5 meals. Two of them were spot on, the other 3 not so much.
1– the order was for a 6 count kids chicken nuggets grilled. The nuggets were fried (and my kid hates fried chicken)
2– the order was for a kid 6 count kid meal with fruit. No fruit. That kid hates fries.
3 — The order was a #1, no pickle, add tomato. The sandwich had extra pickles, and cheese. Needless to say, I did not eat my sandwich. Glad I wasn’t very hungry.
Of course, we are traveling and couldn’t turn back but we make this trip about 6 times per year and I will never stop at this chick fil a again.

«Chick-​Fil-​A Dwarf House». This was my first time going to a Dwarf House location and it was one I have never seen before, so this will be going on my list of «firsts». One of the biggest Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants I have ever been to and was a bit more plush than others, too. The service here was impeccable and they just went a tad bit more out of the way than others I have been to in the past. My only complaint was that there was no indoor playground. I love the Dwarf House, but would be cooler if they add a playground or pretend play items. If you have never been to a Dwarf House Chick-​Fil-​A, this is definitely worth checking out. I have read about the Dwarf Houses and they do something a little different than your conventional Chick-​Fil-​A. If you look at their events calendar on their website, you will see «Breakfast Buffet» and «Nugget and Vegetable Buffet»… definitely something I have never seen before. The manager here was super informative and helpful… he even brought our food to our table and asked after little bit if we needed anything else.
Not your typical Chick-​Fil-​A… some added extras to help make your dining experience a bit more pleasurable! Enjoy!

Truett Cathy set very high standards for Chick-​Fil-​A and I’ve been to many different locations across the US and I am typically impressed. Unfortunately, the Newnan Dwarf House has become a constant disappointment, not just with the food but the service has gone down the crapper, as well. Get it together, guys.

This being a chick fil a restaurant you know what to expect and what food will taste like. What does change from store to store is: quality of service, speed of service, and cleanliness. This is also a dwarf house so this store has some extra great items. The staff though is great, very friendly, and are a great example if chick fil a standards. It is always clean, trash areas are always clean, and restrooms are also very clean. This being a dwarf house means that corporate keeps it at high standards. Plus you get food that isn’t sold at regular stores. You get additional sides like Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, peas, and many more. You get additional entrée items such as burgers and hot browns, and desserts like fried pies. 3 times a week they also do buffets from veggies to all you can eat breakfast! Dwarf house is awesome. I get the amazing Chick-​fil-​a experience, plus more with dwarf house!

Love the Dwarf House. Mac and cheese is some of the best out there. Baked, not just boiled and covered in some kind of microwaved melted cheese-​food. You won’t find more friendly or attentive staff anywhere either.
Oh…let the cows know that they serve burgers here too!!!

Can never go wrong with CFA for a lunch while on the road. But this one totally threw me off! By the name «Dwarf House» makes you wonder what’s so special about this location. Walking in they have the normal counter service CFA to the left and an actual sit-​down waiter service CFA restaurant on the right. How crazy is that? I opted for the counter service, but walked through the restaurant side to see CFA menus and meals being served on real plates!
As always, the employees were super friendly and the food was good!
