This has turned into our stop after a trail run or hike! You cannot beat the tastiness of their sandwiches! We have such a hard time not ordering the Italian because it is so delicious! I love that you can order a huge sandwich or any style! I did try the steak and cheddar and it was superb! This is way better than any sub shop around

The service here is pretty bad. I had to get the cashier’s attention, even though there were two other employees on the floor. They didn’t even acknowledge me. However, my sandwich was really good.

Food was better than I expected.
No crowd served very quick
Best steak& cheese sub I’ve had from a sub joint
Very clean
2 kids, wife, and I ate plenty for 28 $
Only draw back was that employees tried to gyp us out of the kids fire man hat that according to the menu is included!
I guess they were to lazy to go to the back and get the hats

It’s a firehouse, so I got food wise what was expected which is always a good sandwich.
However here, the service killed it for me. I walked in and up to the counter where I was the only person in line, to have two staff members standing behind the register. One counting her drawer and the other on the phone. The fact that they were doing something else was not the issue, but neither one made effort to acknowledge my existence with a simple «be right with you»…they completely ignored me. It was a very awkward THREE minutes before I was spoken to, and it was the girl stocking the chips on the floor, not one of the two standing directly in front of me behind the counter. Finally one of the girls behind the counter took my order, and got me going after her coworker on the floor said something.
Overall, just seems the staff hates what they do or are just not customer service people. Solid food, poor service.

Turkey bacon ranch: Pretty good sandwich, but it’s a little expensive for how much food you actually get. But the service was friendly and didn’t have to wait long for our food. I will be coming back.

Absolutely fantastic sandwich shop. Some great quality, hot sandwiches and of course the Coca-​Cola Freestyle machine always adds a bit of creativity to your drink choices. Every sub I’ve had there has been high quality and delicious. Great staff and a fun «firehouse» atmosphere.

I heard a radio ad for a new «King Hawaiian Pork & Slaw» sandwich, and had never been to this Firehouse Subs location, so I thought I’d go there for lunch. The restaurant is clean, and larger than most — maybe 60 people max seating. Ordering was fast, and I got the combo (with chips and drink). Most of their soft drinks are from a big multiple-​choice Coke machine, I think it said 120 flavor choices. i went for the iced tea, not from a machine, but brewed — and tea is great. The sandwich — looks kinda strange with BBQ and slaw on top, but it was hot, and had a good taste. The sweet hawaiian bread was very fresh. I think I would have like the slaw as a side. The sandwich was good, but didn’t really taste like a BBQ sandwich. Rest room was clean, also. Oh, price was $ 9.19 including tax. I would have said 4 ½ stars if that had been a choice, and will visit again.
