Yesterday I had my tires and brakes replaced and an alignment done. I am happy to say that the customer service was excellent, professional and timely. I believe changes were made since my last review and I have no problems letting people know when a business gets it right. The cost was also reasonable (after discounts). Great improvement!

TERRIBLE! They’ve told me and two friends that we needed costly repairs on our cars (struts). We all took them back to the dealerships and NONE of the cars needed those repairs. My dealership also told me that other people have come in with the same experience.

This place is unethical and rude. They lied to me twice about needing costly repairs. I was told that both cars needed struts due to leaking fluid and other repairs. When I took the cars to the dealerships to get a second opinion, both cars were fine! Two of my other friends had the same experience! How dare they try to take advantage of trusting customers. I hope they face criminal charges.

As a women I hate to take the car for any repairs because I am always fearful of being taken advantage of since I don’t know anything about cars. However my experiences at Kauffman Tire have been consistently wonderful. Whether oil changes, tires or minor repairs they have explained things and treated me fairly. When I have had to wait they Wifi has allowed me to keep working and stay connected to clients. I would recommend Kauffman to anyone new to area.
