Apparently the prerequisite for working at this dunkin location is your whole family should be on EBT, failure to complete 10th grade, and the inability to pick your baby’s dad out of a police line up. Burn it down and start over, ya’ll messed up with this group.

The nicest people, clean and a great experience on the road. You wouldn’t expect a good experience at a chain on the road, but it was great!

This location sucks ! So sad I can call there at 5:30pm 8:00pm 12:00am and they will be out of donuts. They might seriously have one or two flavors They make donuts ONCE a day @ 3am and this is a 24 hour store! I got tried of going there and wasting my time and gas. Thank goodness another one just opened about 5 miles away by Thomas cross roads(Sharpsburg GA) This new store has a Basken Robins Ice Cream too. Hopefully this new store can keep up,

Bought a variety of half a dozen donuts today(Sunday) morning. My server told me they didn’t make any Bismarck(white filled chocolate topped) donuts today, which are our favorite. I’ve never been to a DD that didn’t have any, this is a first. In addition, all six donuts were stale, I’d say about 1 day old. We get donuts ever Sunday and I know the difference between fresh donuts and day old donuts. I tried calling to complain, but no one picked up the phone… strike 3. This is the last time I buy donuts there!

Very poor service at this location. Donuts are thrown in the bags without wax paper, if they do use wax paper it doesn’t really matter because they still just sloppily drop it in. Even though they have a computer showing what the orders are they still have to ask customers what they had. They actually passed over me and started giving orders to people who came In after me. There’s no communication between the employees and many of them are seemingly uninterested in what they’re doing. The food is cold and stale but the beverages are good. That’s about the only good thing I can say about this store

This place is terrible! Stale donuts, no soy milk, messy, overflowing trash, dirty bathrooms & no toilet paper. Ugg!

Not a bad place to get a good cup of coffee and a donut. The place was packed but the servers were able to get your order taken and to you in a fast and efficient manner.

If I do breakfast, it’s usually just cereal, but I was out on Sat., and hungry, and wanted some good coffee, went to Dunkin Donuts on Bullsboro by I-85 in Newnan. The place was reasonably crowded, about 2 people eating and 6 waiting to order(almost all to go). I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese croissant, decaf coffee, and even went for a donut. Then I hear«we’re out of croissants, would you like bagel or biscuit?» Service was quick, about 2 min. to order, and about 1 min to get the coffee, 3 min. to get the sandwich, and another minute to get the donut(left out). Of course, while waiting I hear«we’re almost out of croissants — I think we only have 2 left», that didn’t make me real happy. I ordered to eat in, it’s even printed on the ticket in big letters, but, instead of a tray I get 2 to-go bags. The bag with the donut doesn’t have a napkin, or wax paper around the donut, just a donut dropped into an empty bag. There are 6 tables and 1 counter area to eat in(15 chairs), and EVERY table and counter is dirty — no paper, just crumbs or coffee spills on every surface. There’s 5 employees working here, someone could wipe off a counter! The only trash can — yes, it was overflowing. I was afraid to look in the ladies’ room. Now the food was easily 4 stars — donut was good, coffee was good, and sausage/egg biscuit was also good(would still rather have a croissant). I’m going with 1 for the service(yea, it’d be zero if it weren’t so quick), and a solid 4 for the food, evens out to be 2 stars.

I walk in at 6:30 pm and they have next to nothing in the cases. And only two cases? I asked for an Apple Fritter. I was shown that they only had one and what they showed me, didn’t look anything like an apple fritter. More like a large filled donut. Wanted apple so bad I got it any way. I was right, just a filled donut. Apple Fritters and filled donuts look nothing alike. One, this is a busy location so you would think that they would try to keep up with their customers and have more donuts on the racks that don’t taste like they were made yesterday. Two, get the names of the donuts right. Shame on you. I will never go to this Dunkin’ ever again. Which bites because it’s the only donut shop I know of in my area.
