The drive thru is always slow and takes so long. However, I like their coffee, food, and service, so before I go there; I use the mobile app and order ahead of time, walk in and just pick up my drink and leave! It’s very easy and makes my morning routine a lot faster and my day more organized.

Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review. Drive thru takes too long. I have waited in this drive thru for 25 minutes in the past. They are also out of a lot of items often. Today they are out of Cold Brew and most of the meal type foods. This is not the first time either. This store needs to be assessed by upper management.

Food is usually always great. Drive-​thru takes way to long. On that note I can only give one star. I wish I could say this doesn’t happen often, however, it’s always like this. Don’t use the drive-​thru.

Hardly go to a store that gets your order right anymore. Stopped by this location on Sunday 1÷10÷15 at 8:22AM with a «friend» to get breakfast on our way to Atlanta. There was one other customer in line, our order was taken promptly. We waited maybe 3 minutes before our drinks were ready. The food came shortly after that. I, like every other Starbucks customer, gave a kinda complicated drink order. The barista who took my order did not repeat my order back to me, which gave me cause for concern. But much to my delight, upon taking my first few sips, the beverage was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Thank you, Newnan. Thank you, America. Thank you, over roasted Starbucks beans.

Wonderful staff that always has a smile on their face each time you come in or pull up to the drive through. Love the newly renovated atmosphere, as well as the incredible cleanliness. These are some skilled baristas who know how to make your day brighter, one cup at a time.

I go here probably more than I should. The drive thru is far to convenient when I’m rushing to work every morning. During peak hours it can be a loonnggg wait, however it’s to be expected. The staff is always so friendly and helpful in the few occasions they messed up my order. (Very rare) but always quick to fix it! I’ll probably be enjoying this location for as long as I live in Newnan!

Looooooooooooooooooooooong Wait in the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon. Never seen this at any other Starbucks. Only stopped by because I was tired. Asked the lady for a Fraken Frappachino she had no idea what that was, told her «Starbucks makes them just give me a Salted caramel Frapp.» Worse Starbucks experience so far, but meh its not the only store I’ll just go to another one.

Had to come back to update my last review, have to say over the past few months, there has been a noticeable improvement in both the level of service and the overall attitude of the staff. The addition of La Boulange to the pastry menu has also been a most welcome one, as they now seem to keep a balanced stock and I’ve been able to avoid the dreaded «sorry, we’re out» They’ve definitely won me back from before

Pros:
* Friendly staff
* Quick service
* Drinks made well
Cons:
* Appearance/​Location — looks like a warehouse, but don’t judge a book by its cover.
* The awful parking lot — I don’t have a problem with it but other people seem to have difficulty navigating through the small lot. It’s cramped and annoying, especially when large delivery trucks arrive.
Pros outweigh the cons. Service is fast and friendly so I really don’t mind the minor flaws.

Your standard Starbucks fare. They didn’t go out of their way, but we’re courteous and quick from start to finish. Would be 5 stars had they carried my favorite Kind bars that every other store carries.

Lots of places to sit with lots of little tables by the side of the wall so you can plug in your computer and work. Hung out/​worked for a few hours before my friends picked me up for the next adventure.

This was by far the best Starbucks I been to. The customer service is fantastic. I even got a free Frappucino one time because they messed up somebody’s order. The Wi-​Fi works great, and there’s lots of places to sit with your computer.
