Food is standardized for the franchise. No problem there. Just one thing-the service blows! Stood in line. 1 person ahead of me waiting f them to serve the drive through! Not an ounce of energy from anyone working here! So sad!

4 times that I’ve visited this location out of probably 8, they are out of teriyaki chicken. I come during the busier lunch and dinner hours, so it should not be a surprise that you need to cook some. Tonight they had 5 or 6 people standing around waiting. When I asked how long it would be, I received multiple answers, then finally someone said tell him 10 minutes. I no longer wait because twice out of the 3 prior times, when i waited, I never got my food. I had to ask for my money back for what I never received. The last time i was asked are you sure you want acrefund, its only a dollar or so… I have called and spoke to Candy, who will ask when you came in and what you wore so she can check the camera to see if you are lying. Really? Look at the reviews for the one in Peachtree City and you will realize it’s worth the drive.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. They were out of broccoli beef, so I had to wait a few minutes, but it was piping hot and fresh! They didn’t seem to mind making it for me, either. Sure, it’s a chain, but it was delicious and convenient.

The worst panda express I been to. The staff are really unfriendly, it seems that they don’t like working there. The food is average. Never coming back to this spot.

Panda Express is the Chinese chain equivalent of any other fast food restaurant. They strive to have the same and consistent dishes no matter which location you visit, breeding familiarity with their food along the lines of comfort in knowing exactly what your getting. The concept revolves around a side item with an entrée, increasing in price as you add additional entrees. Don’t think that getting a single entrée means you get more of that item, this mean changes the vessel from a plate to a bowl, all portions are pretty much predetermined. A personal note though that if you become a regular and/or don’t act like a typical ass the staff fixing your plate may just give you the hook up much like any other establishment: loyalty has it’s privileges. I’m not a regular at any but have noted that friendliness if they are not in a rush goes a long way. The signature item on the menu is the Orange Chicken this is the pillar of the menu: cripsy chicken bits sauteed in a semi-spicy orange sauce. The spicyness can vary in degree depends on the heavy handedness of the cook with the chili oil for that batch, but typically it is a mild building heat. If your hung up on making a decision start with this with one of their regular side: rice, noodles, or veggies. This location is clean, staff friendly, as well as well maintained bathrooms. The food was refreshed and didn’t appear to have sat on the bar. This wasn’t my first visit and has been typical of all the others.

The food had great flavor, but the beef is way to stringy. This review is not just from one visit, they have to buy the cheapest beef there is on the market. This will be the last meal I order from here.

Stopped in for dinner on our way to the ATL airport. This was my first time at Panda Express, and I was pleasantly surprised. The portions were plenty and the food was very tasty! The fried rice was delicious, not too dry. All of the entrée options were hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and the prices were fair. Would definitely go back!

We visited this chain while spending the week with family. My in laws eat here weekly and only had good things to say. However, the person in charge this evening committed a cardinal sin of fast food joints! They started closing early. We arrived an hour and fifteen minutes before closing time. When we arrived, the kitchen was closed and they had most of the food cleaned out from the warming trays. When we asked why they were closing over an hour earlier than their posted time, they claimed that«it had been a slow day». The employees were embarrassed by their manager’s decision, so I can’t fault them. The lady in charge was combative when we asked for additional entrees to be cooked. The coke machine was dispensing the wrong items to top it all off. And we never received as much as an apology, even after we had decided to stay. Merely dirty looks from the person in charge. Then she had the audacity to lock the doors while we were still eating! People were coming up to the door and knocking, only to be ignored. This was my first trip to a Panda Express and I feel silly for even paying for such poor service. I doubt I’ll ever return if this is the way PE does business.
