Papa John’s Pizza

I ordered a thin crust, two topping, well done pizza tonight. A plain cheese pizza was delivered. Please note, the chosen pizza on the website was a two topping. Did it not occur to anyone there that a guy who ordered and paid for a two topping pizza may have wanted two toppings? It’s OK though. They quickly delivered a new pizza… it was just as wrong as the first one.
A few months ago I ordered a pizza for delivery. After an hour it wasn’t delivered so I called. They said «It’s been here ready for your pick up for over thirty minutes, it wasn’t in the system for delivery». You know what was in the order? A delivery address with special delivery instructions. Your staff is either stupid or just simply don’t care enough to do their job correctly.
Granted, both problems originated with their online ordering system but both incorrect orders had enough other info included in them that the mistakes should have been caught and corrected if any of you were smart enough or cared enough.

Very good pizza! We really like the spinach alfredo, too! :}
