Pizza Hut

DO NOT order from here if you want pizza delivered in a timely manor (or really at all). We’ve ordered pizza from here a few times because it’s the only delivery option for our area. We’ve adjusted to the always extremely long wait times by ordering early (never less than 1 hour and 15 minutes wait). However now they’ve outsourced their call center so when you call to order you are talking to someone located somewhere else (the manager of this store is not exactly sure where). Someone took my order and credit card information and then apparently never sent the order to the store. I waited for 1.5 hours for my order and then called to find out what happened. I called the number for the call center as well as the manager of the local store and no one can give me a straight answer as to what happened and I was simply told «watch your credit card statement and let us know if there are any charges.» They take no responsibility except to say «would you like to place another order.»

I placed an order at 3:16pm and my emailed receipt stated delivery at 4:32pm. We got the pizzas after 4:32 and it was Luke warm and had to be reheated in the oven. One of the pizzas had so little sauce that the monzerella cheese was stuck to the bottom of every slice. I called to complain and the M.O.D had a very careless and bothered attitude. Very disappointed. I did get a 20 dollar credit but I still am unhappy how she acted all bothered by my call
