Very filthy! Wow why do the managers neglect to keep a place even slightly clean! Tons of people working here and the place is filthy, walls, displays, counters, floors, restrooms!

My wife and I go here pretty regularly because we live in the community just behind it and enjoy walking over. That being the case, wee probably wouldn’t go nearly as often if we lived any further. The food is good and their desserts taste great. However, the service itself is rarely anything spectacular. One thing we have learned is to ask for the bill as soon as you have decided you will not be ordering anything else. Multiple times we have sat at our table with empty plates for over 10 minutes before finally getting up and searching out our waitress to request the bill.

As we walked in the door we were greeted by a well dressed (assuming a manager) man that said how many people? Four we reply. As the man points to four open booths he walks away; assuming preparing the table for us to sit at. A few minutes go by and another woman (a waitress) asked us how many, again we reply four. She says it will be a few minutes, ma’am there are four open booths, they are all broken she says, ma’am that one was just cleaned up… never mind I say, we leave and we will never go back! Drive thru maybe but inside no way, that is the second time something like this has happened and it is crap!

There is nothing spectacular about this place, but I love it anyway. Drivethru service is slow, but it’s only because they are actually cooking what you ordered AFTER you ordered it. Worth the wait. Probably the best fast food burger around, similar to Five Guys, but with a drivethru.

Ok, to some extent, a Steak N Shake actually is a Steak N Shake. Having been to locations all over Atlanta, this is one of the cleanest and friendliest we’ve experienced. We’ve mybe been here 3 – 4 times and it made a perfect post-​movie snack last night. Mmmmm — cheesy shoestring fries and a shake — YUM!
