Dr. Bain is great. He is a wonderful doctor who took time to listen to my concerns. After a thorough exam, he clearly explained a plan for treatment. The office was very helpful working with my PPO insurance as well. Overall very positive experience.

Saw this doctor last month for an ear problem I had ongoing for several months that 2 other doctors didn’t fix. This is the first doctor who really took time to figure out the problem and work toward correcting it. As part of his exam he asked me about my allergies (which apparently he could see while looking at my nose) and as a bonus I am now able to breath better than I have in years thanks to the allergy spray he put me on. Office staff was courteous and scheduling was easy.

The last two visits i was charged extra for services i considered unrelated to why i was seeing the doctor. Like ear cleaning and looking in my nose wih a scope that i didnt need. My bill ended out at $ 400. The receptionist was very rude to me when i asked for an adjustment. I wont be going back to this doctor.
