*RE: MicroLaser Peel* My friend had great results and referred me, and I loved this place! Everyone was professional, courteous, patient in their explanations, made you feel comfortable; it was impeccably clean. I visited BioSpa for a consultation re old acne and chickenpox scars — I had my bouts of problematic skin when I was younger resulting in some slight scarring(boxcar pockmarks, ice pick, etc.) on my nose and cheeks, as well as some discoloration that never really went away. While it wasn’t your traditional ‘terrible’ acne scarring(like the kind that covers your face), it was prominent enough for me that I was self-conscious when not wearing makeup — which sucks. I made an appointment, consulted with Carly, ran through my different options, and eventually settled on the MicroLaser Peel. Carly was awesome — friendly, direct, knowledgeable. She was very thorough in walking me through what to expect during the procedure and following it, answering every question that popped into my head, helping keep my nerves down during the procedure, as well as recommending products with a guideline of how to use them and when so as to maximize results — she even wrote them down for me(thank you! I would have forgotten). The numbing cream went on for 15 – 20 minutes, the laser part was about 10 minutes, and I would say I was in and out in under an hour. I’m now Day 10 following the peel with awesome results so far… I’m told I can only expect it to get better =) I’m using the products exactly as she advised — especially the sunscreen part(lets say I have a new appreciation for sunscreen). I’ve never had a treatment or procedure of any kind(no facials, dermabrasions, etc.) and would say it was mildly painful, well more uncomfortable than painful — there were some points when my eyes watered up as Carly was lasering and then in the days following sometimes my skin would feel like I had a windburn — like that tight, sensitive, stinging sensation. Its something that after you do it, you might want to stay home and work remotely. Basically, you look weird for an entire week. Just for anyone who is thinking of it, kind of a breakdown of what happened: Day 1 was red and puffy, like a wicked sunburn. The numbing cream they put on before the procedure actually lasted a bit and helped. Day 2 – 3 no longer swollen, the red turned into individual red lines covering my face. Day 4 – 6 those lines/dots became brownish(like a sunburn that turned into a tan and is about to peel off dead skin or has my friend told me, «looks like you got henna on your face») and were starting to ‘shed’. Day 7 the skin had completely flaked off and I started my new cleansing/lotion régime. Again, I’m told it gets better as the weeks go by and my skin continues to renew(also with the help of the lotions/creams too), but already I’m been getting compliments on how smooth my complexion looks. The deeper scars haven’t disappeared completely, but they are less pronounced. And I’m holding onto the fact that they’ll continue to be less noticeable if I keep using the different products they recommended and understanding that my skin is still healing. So just for anyone thinking about it — that’s the scoop. Super long story compressed in a single statement: yes, I’d absolutely recommend BioSpa for any skin concerns or issues you want to address =)

Such a fantastic and knowledgeable staff! Great facilities along with a wide breadth of services and products available. They perform not only Ultrashape, Velashape, and various injectables but carry several high end skincare lines to best suit your skin. They also provide complimentary consults to find what is best for each individual.

Linda is an absolute doll! I came in for botox and I want to preface by saying that I am deathly afraid of needles. And I’ve always been hesitant to get injectables because I didn’t want to look overdone. Linda made the whole experience so easy. She sat me down, examined my face, and went over all my concerns. I love the results! She left me looking refreshed and very natural. She is very skilled and talented, I barely felt a pinch. I was looking for someone who genuinely cares and listens to her patients and I definitely found it here at Biospa. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about getting injectables to come and see Linda, she’s awesome!

Love-Love-Love this place! My friend referred me here, and after my initial consultation, I knew this was the place for me. So glad BioSpa is taking care of my needs! The staff is amazing, so attentive, unpretentious, and super knowledgeable. Thanks JamiAnn, Pam, Tricia, and of course Lynne!!! Although I’m a big chicken when it comes to pain, Lynne is perfection at the art of numbing and distraction — lol. The interior is gorgeous, and everything is top of the line from products to the latest technology. Amazed and happy with my results, I look forward to my visits at BioSpa!

My experiences at Biospa have been fabulous! Pam Lee has given me two chemical peels over the past few months, and she’s an exceptional aesthetician! She’s very knowledgeable, loves her job, and individualizes to give you treatments that are appropriate and beneficial to your skin. I’m also using the cleansing and moisturizing products that are available for purchase, and have been so pleased with the results. I highly, highly recommend Biospa; the staff will take excellent care of you!

Everyone from the lovely receptionist, to the consultant were extremely warm, personable, and very professional, the offices are beautiful. This is by far the best Botox experience I have ever had, I look fresh and youthful yet I don’t feel too unnatural, which is how I have always felt after a Botox treatment and I have been to some of the top doctors in this field !!! I had a very thorough consultation, I felt like the specialist really cared and this wasn’t just a one time visit, as she explained many different options that we are going to try in the next few weeks and I am so looking forward to seeing the results, which I am sure will be just as amazing as my first visit. I highly recommend Biospa!
