Stopped in to check this place out since I like the commercials but it was not my style. It is an awesome place for a mature woman who needs to add some fantastic style, personality and color to her wardrobe. The staff is very nice and the store is packed with clothes and selection is unbelievable. They have scarfs, belts and jewelry too. I found out that Chicos sister store is White House Black Market. I had no idea it was owned by same company. This a lovely store but just not for me at this time in my life however I do recommend it.

I am a big fan. This location has extremely nice ladies working here. No hovering just the right balance to help you. Always clean and neat, I enjoy coming into this store.

I love Chico’s and I love this store! I just recenly met Melody, one of the sales staff, and find her to be wonderful!
The South Coast Plaza store isn’t nearly as friendly and helpful, in my experience. I live between them, much prefer the Avocado store.
Chico’s has terrific sales, great variety (from glitz and glam to casual/classic).
I don’t much care for their cotton t-shirts, however. I’m careful in washing them, but they rarely last through a season.
If they’d introduce petite sizes, I’d think I died and went to shopping heaven!

My mom and I went to Chico’s a couple days ago to make an online return in store. It ended up being much bigger of a hassle than we had expected. They were having a sale due to new arrivals so it was a little bit hectic. It seemed as though the employees had priority customers regardless of who had been waiting, one of my biggest pet peeves I will admit. Nobody seemed to want to help us so I finally gave up and asked an employee that I knew wasn’t typically behind the counter to help us out. In comparison to other Chico’s this location seemed to have less of a selection.

Huntington Beach, CA

The sales staff is VERY helpful @ this location. After visiting the Huntington Beach & Costa Mesa Chico’s Iocations, I was equally impressed with the staff & store set up.
I’ll definitely visit again!
If you have time — grab lunch @ Bristol Farms or a cupcake from Sprinkles next door!
