Sandra is awesome! Very friendly and very professional! She gave me a really good fade and I couldn’t be any happier. I was in and out like that and I felt at home the whole time. Highly recommended.

Sandra is a true artist with hair extensions, color and cut with a lifetime of experience and know how. She has very competitive pricing for all services and she is very flexible on scheduling, often working late nights to accommodate her clients. I love my extensions!!! She customizes my extension colors by mixing many different strands together and nails my color perfectly every time… very up to date and fashionable. I prefer synthetic to human hair extensions because the color holds and ‘pops’, they are easier to style, it’s lighter weight than human hair (I’ve had both on an off for years), and the extensions last much longer. She does both human and synthetic but I suggest you girls try both, my bets are you will stay with synthetic. Sandra is exceptionally skilled at making you gorgeous no matter what you choose.

Extended Image is by far the worst place in California to go for extensions. Sandra
(the owner) is very rude and unprofessional.
I spoke with her on the phone to book a consult for extensions. I told her that I wanted 100% human hair extensions, and I told her that I bleach my hair platinum, so I need hair that will match my color and texture perfectly, I also told her that I was a very picky person she said not to worry that she has been doing hair for 26 years, and that I was in good hands, she said that she will have hair on sight to show me.
when I showed up for my consult Appt. all she had on sight was synthetic hair no human hair even though she knew I only wanted 100% human hair, which I thought was rude, but she assured me she could order me human hair in my color and texture, but, she had no sample human hair to match me, which she told me she did, she wanted me to pay for human hair that I did not even see, which I did not feel comfortable doing.
so then we scheduled a second consult apt, because she said she would have some human hair to show me, but again when a arrived for the second consult all she had was synthetic hair again, and she was extremely rude, because she was suffering from some illness, which is not my fault if you don’t feel well then do not schedule appointments with clients.
she was very pushy and very rude. she clearly did not listen to a word I said, she was pushing me into using the synthetic hair even though I told her I only wanted human hair. I told her how I wanted the extensions applied using u-​tip with hot fusion and no beads. I told no beads and she kept mentioning beads.
she does not listen to the client at all. she argues with the client, because she wants to do it her way instead of the way the client wants it.
so after all that she said to me that she could not get my color in human hair, and she sent me to the hair shop to match my hair myself, or she said I could use my clip-​in hair extensions, but I explained to her the clip-​in ones are not good to use, because they get tangled a lot and they shed too much, so they do not last long, so she said that they won’t tangle or shed the way she applies them, then she tried to push me into buying extension shampoo and conditioner for the clip-​in extensions. which at that point I got really upset.
I went to her, because she is the professional who specializes in extensions. she should have human hair samples as well as synthetic, so she can make sure the client gets the correct hair to match.
bottom line all she cares about is the money that’s it. she does not care about the client at all.
if I could give her zero stars I would, because she does not deserve even 1 star.
I clearly don’t know why she has all these good reviews.

Sandra does amazing work! The salon is very private… only you and her, so all the attention is focused. She is very flexible and will work on weekend & evenings.

I am so persnickety about my hair color, I sometimes seem crazy! However, Sandra has the patience and «magic» to provide a perfect mix of blended colors to have my desired result. She is fun to be with during the course of the treatment AND her salon is BEAUTIFUL – it feels warm, inviting, exotic and so comfortable. Sandra is the best! Although I do not get extensions, she cuts and styles my hair beautifully! She did my and my bridesmaid’s hair for my wedding this past summer.
Her salon is comfortable and quaint. And, she is just a doll. She does massage and conditioning treatments that are awesome and believes that you should treat your dry/​damaged hair rather than chopping it off. She uses great products and makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave. Highly recommended!

Extended Image is by far the best place in Calif to get hair extensions! I have had extensions for over 15 years from 12 differant salons and this is the only place where they actualy last 6 months and still look great! I have bad alapecea and Sandra (the owner) does an amazing job even with my hair! It’s even stronger now then when I first came to her in 2002. Please people, trust me on this, you will not find a better hair addition studio anywhere! Plus, she also does celebrities but she’s not too expensive — it’s perfect for us regular gals!
