I wish there were a 4.5 star rating because that is how I would rate these beautiful cupcakes. So beautiful=5, ordering thru Facebook was so easy=5, meeting Sandy and her husband who are very kind people =5, my only slight draw back is some of the cupcakes in the dozen I ordered were a little dry=3. I think they may have been over baked by just a couple of minutes. Not sure if her oven cooks evenly. I would recommend this baker for your special occasion baking needs and I will be happy to try some more of her flavors and creations. Her work is very creative.

Was excited to support a local mom and ordered a dozen cupcakes for a special occasion. She was able to get me the cupcakes in the same day as I ordered, but they all had to be the same flavor, so we got vanilla with chocolate frosting. So very disappointed, they were horribly dry and out of the dozen cupcakes purchased only 4 were eaten. After the 3 adults and other kids took fist bites, they were thrown away because they were so bad. I would have been better off buying cupcakes at Ralph’s. Luckily I had some ice cream cones in the freezer. It was an expensive disappointment.

Louise’s creations are beautiful and delicious! Her decorated cookies are soft and chewy and have a wonderful, mild gingerbread flavor. The Salted Caramel cupcake isa favorite of mine but all of her flavor combinations are fabulous! And her attention to detail in decorations and packaging make her products a perfect gift.

I have experienced Louise Sandy Baking and yes I mean experienced! She truly makes some delicious mouth watering cupcakes and cakes. Haven’t tried the brownies yet. Oh and I have had the cake pops! I don’t bake anymore for an occasion I just call Louise and have her bake!!! The detail in her designs are truly amazing for any function or celebration!

Most scrumptious cakes, cupcakes and brownies I’ve ever had! I couldn’t recommend Louise’s beautiful creations more for special occasions, party favors or a thoughtful homemade gift. Every detail is crafted to perfection!
