on September 2015 I made an appointment as self pay patient for the first time with Dr. Nassif, they told me charges are $ 180 – 280!!! when I went to my appointment while doing paper work a woman shouting that this place looks like a medicate office «not a Newport beach «one! soon thereafter I felt the same way, staff were cold and unfriendly, they offered no help for any questions after a while with all the crowd sitting in waiting room I felt there is shortness of air and started to having anxiety, there were no sits available, it took 2 hours for them to take me to the back, I sat for ½ hour before Doctor arrived and during this time no one came to explain the delay, being happy to see the doctor after ²¹⁄₂ hours did not last too long his staff came to pull him out of the room before I was explained fully about everything he left and gave me a card for some administer to help me with insurance approval.
I left her a message to find out if she has got me file and is working on it? a stateshe never called back! a week later I called she picked up the phone and called herself some kind of CEO that is above everyone! she promised to work on it and as of yet toward mid-​October she has not called yet!!!
I was charged at the end of visit $ 280.00 which was the maximum I was told on the phone and today I received a statement for $ 100.00 extera!!! so you figure !!!
i am not sure about Dr. Nassif’s skills but his organization needs to be redone :(
