I’ve had the opportunity to work with Dawn Rosenmayr decorating my home a couple of times the past few years. Initially I needed some help decorating a rental condo I didn’t intend on staying in for very long therefor didn’t want to spend a lot of money or time on the project. Dawn understood my needs and we literally got the two bedroom condo furnished and decorated in about two days. There was a little bit of extra time in completing the job, but the bottom line was, Dawn was very quick and efficient in getting the job done and I was very pleased with the end result.
I next hired Dawn to do a complete interior design on a new three bedroom house I purchased overlooking the San Francisco Bay. This is a very contemporary home so none of my previously purchased furniture or décor worked in this new house. Per our original condo plan I gave all my previously purchased furniture to one of my four adult children, and we started from scratch. This new project took quite a bit more time and energy on both Dawn’s and my part. We worked closely together creating what I consider to be an incredible interior design for my new contemporary home on the San Francisco Bay. Dawn did an awesome job for my boss who is the president of a major real estate development company in Orange County. The project was a formal living and dining room which she transformed into a remarkable mélange of traditional with a soft touch of Tuscany. I was amazed to see the vast array of colors, patterns and textiles that she so effortlessly added to her palette as the rooms seamlessly came together. Dawn was able to finish the project on time and under budget. It turned out spectacular!

Her work is so tasteful and beautiful. I’ve worked with Dawn before and every time she designs something it’s exactly what the client wanted. She has an eye for design and style. She knows exactly how to recreate the client’s vision, even when they can’t describe exactly what they want. Plus, she’s such a gem of a person. So great to work with.

I’ve watched Dawn transform a drab room to a «Wow!» factor many times over the decades I have known her since we worked together at Coldwell Banker in Indian Wells. When I needed to update my own space, naturally I called on her expertise. With her instant design service, I was able to text pictures while out shopping and receive her approval without having to make two or three trips back to the same store. Great idea, Dawn, and thanks so much for helping me make my home look professionally designed, yet still feel very comfortable.

Dawn is my go to designer for projects big and small. Whether I am tackling a major construction project or needing some help with final decisions on furnishings or merely a consultation on palate. I have found her to be prudent, creative and dependable.
