This will be the best lab, fastest, most professional and they know what the are doing. Would not use anybody else.

Under staffed during «rush hour», so long wait time. Clean office.

Fraud. I asked when I arrived if they were a lab for Cigna Health Insurance. The woman at the desk said «yes we take Cigna». I replied «Ok good to know, I wasn’t sure, but I know that Quest Labs were approved. Are you a Quest Lab?» She replied, «we send most all of our lab work to Quest so we’d be approved.» Well, come to find out after almost $ 2000 worth of lab work that they are not an approved lab of Cigna. Who knows what their relationship to Quest is if there is one, but they are not in Cigna approved lab. This is appalling that they would mislead the consumer in this way. She knew what I meant in my question and certainly she knew that they weren’t an approved lab of that insurance carrier. My experience of West Pacific was that they were Intentionally deceitful, misrepresented their business relationship, and they executed plain and simple fraud.

1. Tried pull blood from a muscle for 2minutes, «just need to stick it back in the vein.» How many times?!
2. Forgot to run one of four labs, which I had to point out… twice.
3. TB QuantiFERON test has taken double the time I was told. I still don’t have it.
There are many more professional and reliable labs nearby; avoid this company and facility.
UPDATE: my lab results have been delayed AGAIN for an internal error with running the TB Titer test, it’s almost a full week after I was supposed have the results in my hands. Even yesterday I was «guaranteed» to have them today. HATE THIS PLACE.

I called to make an appointment, but the lady informed me that they do not take appointments, but promise to get you out in 15 minutes. After my recent bad experience at Quest, I was a little worried, but thought I should give them a chance. No joke, from start to finish in 12 minutes. Donna was great and painless. Highly recommend this place!!!

Blood tests are just about my least favorite thing in life. I always have to lay down, I absolutely cannot look or discuss what is happening and sometimes I still lose conciousness. Seriously, like they have had to revive me with smelling salts. It’s a scene. I’ve been to a lot of labs in several states, on both coasts, and West Pacific Lab at the 360 San Miguel location is THE best, especially Candy — she is a pro. I only let Candy take my blood at this point — she is literally the best I’ve ever met at this, super skilled and compassionate — but the entire staff are always helpful, accomodating and kind. It’s so refreshing to meet a group of people who are just awesome at their jobs. Love this group!
