DONOTGOTOSCHOOLHERE. I have never witnessed a greater inability to communicate than during the time I spent as a student at this school. Administration is a complete gaggle. There are no clear roles, so good luck trying to get any of your questions answered. Aside from the possibility of it taking two weeks up to two months to get an answer to begin with, the answer you do receive will probably be extremely vague or incorrect and no other member of the administration will have any clue about what you were told because these people do not communicate with one another whatsoever. You will walk in to set up for an appointment you’ve been booked for only to realize that you don’t have all of the necessary supplies to do said appointment. And you most likely won’t have access to the supplies because the school owners/clinic supervisors/whatever their title is are hardly ever present, in the office which all the supplies are locked away in. Or the equipment is malfunctioning. One steamer will have a working light, but no steam. Another will have steam, but not a working light. Another will be leaking profusely. Best of luck trying to find the one in working order without wasting 20 minutes plugging each one in to test them out. Imagine your frustration when this happens at 8:30AM. I could honestly go on forever about all that is wrong with this school. These things that I’m sharing with you are not things that only I have experienced; EVERY student has to face these struggles. Every issue has been brought up to administration and every time a student has been smiled at and promised change… but nothing ever changes. I think they often forget that they are a SCHOOL first and foremost. That means the focus should mainly be on the training and support of the student, not the profit the students can make the business while they’re working for free to get their state requirements. If you choose to enroll in this school despite this review, I urge you to have them completely break down every hour and every requirement of your program before you sign the dotted line. I urge you to make sure you’ve been given your textbook and other supplies before the first day of class; otherwise, there’s a chance you’ll be halfway through your program before you receive them. And I insist that you find out exactly when your program end date is or you may end up in graduation limbo.
