Buffalo Wild Wings

This a great location to watch games and eat some wings. These place seems like it’s never packed and that’s why I love coming here. It doesn’t get extremely crowded and there is always great seats available.

Multiple bad experiences at this store (especially for pickup) but the latest takes the cake. At 5:30pm on a Wed my girlfriend called in a pickup order for a SMALL order of DRY wings (MILD sauce on the side) and wedges with cheese — they told us 15 – 20 mins (Great!). Knowing this store is a little slow we decided to leave after 15 mins and it takes about 7 – 8 mins to drive to the store. Walked in to the «pickup desk», paid for our order as we wait «a few more mins» and have 2 people ahead of us also waiting (one ordered on the spot instead of call ahead so I knew we’d be long gone before her…)
We waited an additional 25 mins before our food even came out (everyone waiting did though so we got thru it together). So after roughly 45 mins a «batch» of take orders came out the kitchen (rather than 1 – 2 at a time for efficient delivery to the customer) and of course it’s wrong (had HOT sauce ON the wings) which we had to send back (didn’t care too much the sauce was ON the wings but the HOT sauce was a definite no). They said they would «expedite» so shouldn’t take long — at this point some people had received their orders including the «order on the spot» person just ahead of us but at least 5 more people had shown up to pickup as well and nothing was ready for ANY of them.
After another 25 mins (grand total of 70 mins from call in) we still hadn’t received our «expedited» order of a SMALL DRY WINGS (it’s 8 wings that you don’t even need to toss in a sauce). We quickly tried to hunt done a manager to no avail and finally saw one peak out the kitchen and I quickly grabbed her and explained there were quite a few unhappy people at the pickup desk and we’d like a refund. She gave me some quick excuse «I’m back there working on it all» and rolled her eyes finally agreeing to the refund. It took her over 5 mins just to do the refund at the pickup desk line computer (holding up even more people from receiving orders — sorry everyone). After finally completing the refund, I made sure to stop her and (calmly) explain the entire situation and why I wanted a refund. Ultimately explaining they told me 15 – 20 mins and it took 45 to get my first order, it was then «expedited» SMALL DRY WINGS and here it is over 30 mins on top of that and I STILL DON’T HAVE WINGS. She looked at me bewildered and said «oh, you still don’t have your order?». No apology, no gift certificate, not even «wait right here I’ll get them RIGHT NOW». We walked out and got Chic Filet.

Sitting here tonight with my jacket on because the manager is too busy to «get to it». Asked to have A/​C turned off as it was blowing directly on our table, mind you its 38 degrees out and the A/​C is on. Managers verbatim response was «get to it if can find time». Worst service of any BWWW’s I’ve been to. Will not return to this location. Very dirty, seats were wet with wing sauce and the dirty floor vacuum sat next to me laying on the floor the entire time, waitress disappeared for 30 min at a time. I get being busy, but this is ridiculous. If you can’t handle a busy restaurant, you shouldn’t be open!

Went there Sunday afternoon for dinner with the family. We got seated right away which was a pleasant surprise. That is when the feel goods ended. Our waitress/​service was horrible. Look, to make a long story short. DON’T go there on Sunday if you don’t plan on drinking. There was a more than subtle difference in the service that drinkers and non drinkers were getting. My wife’s soft drink order changed 3 times because our waitress «forgot». Part of our order was not even brought to us AND, to top it all off, I was sprayed in the back and arm by another waitress cleaning off her table because she wasn’t paying attention.

Great location! The atmosphere seems brighter and cleaner than other locations. This one is a test location, so they tend to try new things outs here. We’ve had great service every time we’ve been, though I will say the food seemed to take a long time to come out.
There are a ton of TVs, and it’s literally impossible to be sat anywhere without a good view of a monitor. Highly recommend if there is a game you want to catch — they’ve probably got it on, or can put it on if you need!
On Tuesdays, they’ve got a deal for traditional wings. I think they’re something like $.65 per wing on Tuesdays? On Thursdays, they have the $.65 deal for boneless wings.

Good atmosphere. Good food. Very disappointed that my favorite wings of all time are now discontinued (jammin jalapeño). Waitstaff here is very friendly and tons of TV’s to accommodate every game.

Good # of tvs for sports. Food was good, great philly and fried pickles. Service was subpar. Waitor came to table frequently enough but was not able to give good food or beer recommendations. When asked what draft beer they had besides what was on the written menu, he said «just ask and I’ll tell you what we have». That’s not how it works. Also when asked waitor said ky bourbon barrel ale was not a good beer. Negative

The service is pretty crappy 90% of the time. Very slow, very infrequent visits. We usually have to sit with empty drinks for 10 minutes before they get refilled. I’ve had to get up and ask for my check before. If we request things when ordering such as sauce on the side, it never comes with the food. Ever. I give it 2 stars because it’s BW3’s and we like the food. I really wish they would hire servers that know what they are doing.

I’ve been to bdubs quite often before but this was the first time I tried the Parmesan garlic boneless wings. I think it’s my new favorite! The staff here is pretty friendly and it’s a great place to go to for drinks with friends and to watch a game. They have tons of new flat screen TVs and lots of seating. I don’t expect much when I go to chain restaurants but this location is much newer and nicer!

The service was great and the food is always finger licking good. We were not charged for our second round of drinks and the wings were cooked to perfection.

The food here was really good. We went on a Thursday so the boneless wings were 65 cents a piece, so it was a really good deal. I got a blue moon beer, and it was delicious. It came in a huge glass. The only bad part was the stuff, especially the hosts. They were very unwilling to help, and would rather talk to other workers instead of helping us. The guest experience captain took care of us, though, so it ended up being okay. Food was awesome.

The Best Bdubs in Kentucky. Usually I’m not a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, due to it being so smoky and dirty, so I gave it another chance. I’ve never been to the one in Newport. Decided to meet some friends for Big Blue UK basketball tournament game vs West Virginia. Go Big Blue 37 – 0 2015. So my girlfriend and I ordered the $ 3 mozzarella sticks, not too bad for $ 3 I order tall Budlight beer. We ordered the hot bone wings and it was hot. The wings were a little dry. Had to put a lot of blue cheese on it. The highlight of the restaurant/​Sports Bar was it was New and huge. A lot of big screen tv which I was impress. Our waitress Stephanie was super. She was very very attentive, made sure our beer and food was good. I’ll come back here to watch more sports game.

When will I learn? I have been here more than once and never been very happy with the food but once again I got convinced to get a to go order from this place. Wings were dry, black bean burger was akin to a hockey puck. Service was fine, everything was bagged and nicely labeled but the food was AWFUL. Never again.

Good wings, great variety of sauce flavors. Since this location is new, it seems to have a better atmosphere. The TVs seem newer, and maybe it’s just me, but it seems like there is more of them as well. Great place to go if you want to watch a game. FYI for UK fans: they have the SEC Network!

Good wings good sauces. Buffalitos wrap are great. Love make your own sandwich. I think it pricey

Not sure if this is a one time thing, but the reception is not stellar. The interior is awesome but not enough booths in my view. Ordered a Ceaser salad with grilled chicken, it came out with no chicken, ordered boned wings and they came out boneless, dry, twisted, and over breaded. Really is sad this new establishment has such low standards. Maybe just a bad day not sure.

Jeremy is an awesome bartender and server! Love this place, despite my lack of love for chains.

They have great wings, chocolate cake and great service, (when the servers are truly paying attention to their tables)! You can come here late at night and get your wing fix. The Tuesday and Thursday wing days are great for boned (on Tuesdays) and boneless (on Thursdays) fans.

I’ve always enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings when I am in the mood for some hot wings. I know it is a chain restaurant, but most BW3s are fairly consistent across the board with regards to their food. I enjoy this particular location more than others because it is new and seems to have all the «bells and whistles» some if the other locations do not. All audio visual equipment is new and seems to be the latest technology, which is important if you are heading there for a social game watch gathering. This is a solid spot. Can’t beat the wings and the cheese wedges if that is what you are in the mood for!
