I’m pretty sure this is the closest location to downtown beside the one at UC in TUC. I don’t usually review «Fast Food» but this Chick-​Fil-​A is solid. We always go here when craving a quick badass chicken sandwich.
Get the original Chick-​Fil-​A sandwich and ask for a side of pickles if you really like pickles on your sandwich. If you just ask for «Extra Pickles» they give you like one more pickle and it’s on a sandwich they’ve had sitting out for a while with an «Extra Pickle» sticker on it. Just ask for the side of extras pickles. They hook you up.
Everyone who works here is pretty nice. They even heard me making fun of them once at the speaker while I was waiting for them to take my order. I was like «My Pleasure, Sacrifice 20 virgins for a chicken sandwich.» And the girl came on the speaker right then and was laughing at me. So It’s cool that they can take a joke… and «My Pleasure» is still kind of creepy and cult-​like in my opinion. Haha.
True to Chick-​Fil-​A style though they have two speakers to drive up too and the lines are always wrapped around the building. That being said, from my experience it’s faster to just park and runs in. Usually, the same car is sitting at the speaker by the time I get back out with my food.
The only bad thing about this Chick-​Fil-​A is the location. It’s a pain in the butt to get in and out of. What I’m saying is make sure you have your patience with you when you go get your chicken.
P. S. If you put the Chick-​Fil-​A on your phone you get a free chicken sandwich. Also, after you leave here always check the bottom of your receipt because you can get a free chicken sandwich with that too when they offer it.

This location is the cleanest and friendliest one I’ve been to in the area! :)
It has great outside seating and it’s close to a lot of great stores and other restaurants. Even though it’s busy, it doesn’t seem chaotic. The lines go by quickly and the food looks exactly as pictures in the menu which I think is pretty amazing.
Some other locations I’ve been to has all the sauces out where you can grab and go, but here you’re asked which ones you want and it’s given with your food. Nonetheless, they’re not stingy about it, but accurate and generous!

Since I’m from Michigan I had never been to a Chick Fil A until I was down in Cincinnati. I have to admit I see what the excitement is about! This was by far the best fast food I’ve had. The chicken sandwich was fresh, juicy and full of flavor. I was also impressed by the prices and cleanliness. The staff was also friendly. Going forward whenever I encounter a Chick Fil A I’m going in!

This Chick-​fil-​a location is wonderful!
I literally eat here about twice a week. They are very friendly and also responsive on their Facebook page. They also do certain theme or special nights, most recently they had a Frozen style meet and greet for kids. The location is great, right off the highway and two entrances, but there could be a little more parking and a little better flow to the drive thru windows. This location also has a nice medium-​sized play area. There are also a few tables to sit outside, but it overlooks the street so it is not very scenic. This location has a double drive thru order taking station and the lines go very quickly. The inside is obviously new and clean and the staff is always friendly. I ate there over the winter with my boyfriend and his niece and nephew were with us and we were taken on a «Behind the Scenes» tour by one of the employees! It was really neat and informational and ended with our making our own (free) soft serve cones to eat!
This location is so accommodating, has a great staff, and most importantly gets your food to you accurately and hot!

Good Chick Fil A with service that you’d expect from other Chick Fil A’s. The cashier that we had at the time seemed new as we asked for a cup of warm water and he gave us a blank face for 2 – 4 min as he didn’t know how to make a cup of warm water (water with no ice with some hot water). Other locations usually ask us how warm we want it. This one is located just next to a target so it’s a bit hard to get in and out as there’s usually cars going in and out of the street. But food is excellent

This Newport Chick-​fil-​A location has my heart and soul. I could eat here everyday. The food is so fresh and the customer service is out of this world. I guarantee this location is bringing in serious revenue. The chicken nuggets are always my first choice. Not to mention the fries are always hot and served fresh! Let’s not forget about the mints!

Best chick-​fil-​a out there! Impeccable service, great food, but my favorite thing is their activities. We going to a few of them including the aquarium visit where they brought in penguins in the frozen night where they had princesses. Super awesome and free! And on top of that we bought an awesome dinner at the same time for cheap. Adore this location even though I only crave them on Sundays usually

Visited twice now and on both occasions had to wait over 10 minutes for a simple order in drive thru. In both cases, they didn’t have original chicken sandwiches ready. Food is always good, but service here is proving to be slower than it should be.

Decided to try out Chick-​Fil-​A for the first time. Drive through was packed at 6:15 on a Tuesday. After 9 minutes, we received our #2 with a fruit cup, a Sprite, and an additional fruit cup. The food was hot, the fruit cups were fresh and cool. Long wait, but the food was good.

Our food took more than a few moments so the manager slipped us a card for a free sandwich for next time. But all the staff was friendly and the chicken was hot and fresh!

Excellent friendly staff, who all seem like they really enjoy working there. Food is good for fast food, but is still fast food. Best chicken sandwich as far as fast food goes, and the chick-​fil-​a sauce is pretty tasty as well.

Over all great service, very welcoming. Coming back to this location for sure. Love how they decorate the place w fresh flower on every table. It make me feel better just to look at them, feeling summer is here.

So, I’m not one to positively rate a franchise place, or really even chain restaurants, but I realized the other day that I’ve never had a BAD experience in a Chick-​fil-​A.
I’ve had a bad Arby’s experience, I’ve visited a few bad Burger Kings and Wendy’s, I’ve even had a bad Chipotle visit, and I don’t think I’ve had a GOOD Long John Silver’s experience. But, I feel like that’s what they’re going for, so I’m not sure it counts.
Newport CFA is always friendly, always quick, always hospitable to my entire family, and with any CFA, the most delicious lemonade this side of «when life gives you lemons.»
The parking lot is kind of like hell, but the trick is to cut through Buffalo Wild Wings or LaRosa’s parking lot to avoid the folks coming out of Target.
The play place is always clean, and always a good way for my kids to burn off energy on a cold or rainy day. Totally worth the drive.

Today I got free chocolate milkshake while going through the drive thru because I had to wait maybe two minutes longer than usual. Pulled up to the window as was greeted by the manager who said, «We’re extremely sorry for the lengthy wait today, so this one’s on us.» How awesome is that?
Overall the management team at the Newport location is extremely in-​sync with its customers and employees.
The only reason I’m not giving a full 5-​star rating is due to the fact they still can’t seem to work out the glitches from when they first opened almost a year and a half ago. If you’re visiting during heavy traffic meal times, then you’re probably in for a longer wait than usual and there’s a pretty good chance they’ll get your order wrong. It’s happened to me at least a dozen plus times in the past year alone. However, they do it with a smile (and mean it) and often handout free gift coupons to make good on their mistakes.
Oh yeah, parking is horrible and it’s not fun driving around the building twice just to go through the drive thru.

This location is consistent with others. The service is quick and cordial, the drive-​through orders are delivered accurately, and the food tastes great.

On my son’s 3^rd birthday we asked where he wanted to go and «Chick-​Fil-​A» was his obvious choice. We invited my folks and decided to make a celebration out of it. When we arrived we were told that we could have a seat and someone would come take our order. What an incredible experience. They noticed our kids and realized sometimes it’s just easier to sit down. It was definitely a blessing for our small family.
I really believe they are committed to providing great experiences for their customers, so even if something isn’t perfect I know I can let them know and they will always do anything in their power to make things right.

I’ve never seen people so… nice?! at a fast-​food establishment.
After the whole political controversy, going to Chick-​Fil-​A at NYU’s location was like a walk of shame. Also, it was bad. Just horribad.
This location is completelyyyyyy different. Juicy, juicy chicken! I loveeeeeeeeeeee their Spicy Chicken sandwiches so much. Oh-​em-​gee their waffle fries.
This is why I can’t ever diet.
tl;dr Spicy. Chicken. Sandwiches. Yum.

Chick-​fil-​a is far and away my favorite fast food. The quality of the chicken is great. It’s actual pieces of meat and not some spongy concoction. The waffle fries are addictive. The desserts are dreamy, especially the soft serve vanilla and the cookies and cream shake.
That service at this restaurant possibly stands out more than the food. When I walk in and they notice I have my hands full with kids, an employee typically comes to my table with a menu to take my order to spare me the hassle of waiting in line. There’s a play area, complimentary mouthwash on the restrooms and the place is CLEAN.
The food and the experience are superior, and I crave it at least once a week!

Why review a fast food joint? Well, dining in here with a young child goes beyond typical fast food to actually be an enjoyable family experience. My son is 1 ½ years old and I usually bring his own meal when we go to out to eat – either I don’t want him eating junk or there isn’t anything he really can easily eat. I was pleasantly surprised by the Chick-​Fil-​A kids meal options though and he actually ate his first full meal without anything from home here: grilled chicken nuggets, all-​natural applesauce pouch, and milk. They have high chairs there and they even have those disposable plastic stick-​on placemats provided.
We also went here for the indoor playground, which is very nice. It’s all contained with strong, taut netting so no fall risk and it seemed clean and well-​maintained (helps that it’s brand new). Our adult food was tasty too (alas, our choices were not as healthy as his!) but the prices are closer to «fast casual» than «fast food» (worth it for the dine-​in experience).

Nothing beats a good olé’ #1 meal from Chick-​fil-​A. A bit of buffalo and ranch dipping sauces for the fries, and Chick-​fil-​A sauce for the sandwich. Mmmmmmmmm.
So long Florence and Anderson. It’s Newport all the time for me. Hooray!
The first couple weeks were crazy busy. Why? Everyone couldn’t wait for it to open! Now, the staff is getting better and more efficient, and they always have AMAZING customer service. So glad this restaurant opened in the neighborhood!
Tasty food, great service, and my kids can go crazy in the play land, which means, I actually get to talk with my wife. Nice.

BREAKING NEWS: The Chick-​Fli-​A in Newport is NOW OPEN!
Like they need any more publicity, but seriously this place is effing delicious I don’t care what your political views are I’m still gonna eat your chicken sandwich because let’s face it’s amazing. Juicy, tender, SUCCULENT– pair it with some honey mustard and your world just flipped upside down.
P. S. There has been a line at this location for a solid week. Go on an off time and you should be outta there in under 10 – 15 minutes. The staff has done a good job of handling the crowds.

We ended up visiting this Chick-​Fil-​A on Grand Opening weekend. Oops.
If I would have known, I would have waited. Oh well.
The staff was very helpful and patient with our family. With so many little ones, we needed patience this day.
Play place and restaurant was crowded, but kept clean. I’ll be curious to go back and visit on a day where we «need a meal out» and see how things are going.
