McDonald’s

The food was fine but customer service was horrible. My husband and I went inside to order a couple things and there was only one person waiting on her food. The manager came out to the front (I am assuming because he was wearing a tie) and totally ignored us. He was talking to another employee very rudely who wanted to order food. The employee stepped right in front of us to pay for his food. They both just walked off without even looking at us.
We continued to wait for someone to notice us right at the counter. Eventually, the lady standing next to us asked one of the employees if she was going to wait on us. She apologized and then took our order. While waiting on our food, a couple other people ordered and received their food before us. We only ordered two sandwiches with fries so it should not have taken so much longer. We finally got our food after waiting for everyone else to get their orders first. It was probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. If the manager can’t even say hi to us, no wonder the whole store fails. I only give it two stars because going through the drive-​thru once before was fine.

the manager was very unproffesional. yelling at employees on the floor in front of customers. Hostile when told food was taking too long. And called the cops when he was asked for refund.

This is a review on the customer service and not the food.
I don’t normally go to McDonald’s but my cousin wanted to pick up some burgers for her husband and son so we went through the drive-​thru.
She ordered 4 plain McDoubles so we had to wait for them to be prepared. The wait wasn’t long, maybe a few minutes. But the McDoubles weren’t plain so we had to send them back.
Waited about another 3 minutes for the new plain McDoubles. The manger brought out the burgers and gave her 4 coupons: 2 for a free sandwich of her choice and 2 for a free soft drink or coffee.
Definitely impressed by that. Most fast food places would not have had the manager deliver the food nor would they have also given coupons for future orders.
Note: My cousin hadn’t complained nor voiced any displeasure. So for the manager to be proactive and show excellent customer service says a lot about how this manager feels about his restaurant and the service provided.

Didn’t get our order alright:-(. Waited 10 minutes for order still not right unhappy. This is supposed to be fast food not slow food. Go somewhere else fast food not worth the wait.

Came here on a Sunday morning. The drive thru line was backed up to the street so we decided to go inside. The line took 20 minutes to finally give our order. The inside was a mess and the floors needed cleaned.
Not a pleasant experience.

Not the cleanest of stores, but makes a good fast food meal… it is McDonald’s. They have a pretty neat drink dispenser, looks like a newer technology. Went in for a Shamrock Shake and was disappointed to learn that they were cleaning the shake machine. On a positive note, they are open 24 hrs.
