While I am only a summer resident of Newport, I choose Papers for all of my stationary and invitation needs year round. Judy is just incredible – she has wonderfully creative ideas, a fresh approach to party invitations/​placecards/​etc., and is so very easy to work with. In addition, she seems able to meet any deadline, even unreasonably short ones!

Absolutely amazing. I am getting married in Newport this weekend and got into a real jam. We live in San Francisco and our printer made a mistake with the table place cards for the reception. It was a layer of stress that the bride did not need. I made a quick phone call and the wonderful owner, Judy, told me to come right in. She was able to take care of the issue in an hour and make the brides day. We are moving to the area shortly and any event that requires paper/​invitations will be done with Papers. Thank you so much Judy, you saved the day!!!

Interseting assortment of your usual stationary store items: cards, papers, etc. They also had a beautiful pair of pineapple bookends that I was extremely tempted by. They have a strange assortment of used books too (in boxes on the floor next to the cards). Fun to browse but I found the prices a little steep.
