Do NOT use the online app with this location. Since it’s changed ownership they’ve messed up my orders the last THREE times I’ve used it. Cold cut combo is NOT«veggie»!!! WTH???

We went in during the«buy one get one» Tuesday November 3rd promotion. Boy was that a mistake. It’s not the fact that the line was long, its that this Subway wasn’t prepared nor organized. A fellow without uniform nor gloves kept coming up front handling containers of food which put me off a bit. We had 3 different people build our sandwiches and kept having to re-explain what they were and what we wanted. The manager, I’m guessing, was quietly but un-professionally ordering around the employees in the chaos. Two stars for standard Subway fare but a much longer than necessary experience.

WOW… I don’t care how good or no good they make a sandwich. when you are waiting for your order and the person in front of you puts a tip in the jar and one«sandwich artist» looks around, thinks no one is looking, takes the $ out and stuffs in her pocket… I won’t be back.

It took a very long time to order a sandwich. the person making the sandwich went and handled money with his gloves on and then came to make my sandwich. I asked him to wash his hands. the girl beside him had dreadlox hanging into the food it was horrible. They thought everything was so funny but they were not handling food very well. Restaurant workers seem to think if they’re wearing gloves they can do anything. All they do is protect their own body from bacteria. There are plenty of gloves available to change between tasks

UPDATE: Kiddos begged me to go through the drive thru. It was roped off, and a Subway employee was standing amidst the barricade, oh-so-professionally smoking a cigarette. He saw me pulling in and started to walk toward my car. I don’t know if he was going to attempt to take my order, or just tell me to go inside, or if he was just walking, but I kept going. This Subway will probably not be open long, I’m calling it now. Head over to the one inside Walmart, they’re much more pleasant, clean and professional.

Staff was rude when making my sandwich. The dining area was really dirty almost all the tables needed a cleaning and floor too. We watched a couple struggle to pic a spot right after us. Seems like a managing expectations shortage at this subway. Id eat here again but it would be drive through.
