I love the staff at this Ulta. They are knowledgeable about products and always willing to help. I’m always trying out new makeup and they have helped me apply it on several occasions. They have also made some great product recommendations. The store is also clean and well organized.

I came to Ulta for a brow wax after work. The associates were busy helping other customers, so I went to the brow bar and saw the sign that said to go to the salon to book an appointment. I waited at the salon for five minutes but clearly no one was working there. So I went to stand in line at the front to ask if I can could a wax. After 10 minutes of the associates hopping around the store to different customers, I finally left. I’m not an impatient person, and I felt like I wasn’t even acknowledged.

I recently moved and wanted to find someplace close and convenient. I had my hair highlighted. The styling area was freezing cold. The local store apparently doesn’t have control over the thermostat. My stylist couldn’t feel her fingers. Maybe that’s why my highlights start ½ from my scalp leaving an obvious ring around my head when my hair is pulled up. I paid $ 120 and it looks terrible. Will not make this mistake again

I went here today because this is one of the few locations with a benefit brow bar. I was in a rush and did not notice how many little hairs were missed. With waxing being the fun experience it is, I don’t think I’ll be running back in tomorrow. A sore upper lip for two straight days is not what I want! I doubt I’ll go back to location. There’s only one person that seems to work Benefit and I’d rather not repeat this experience.

This place is brand new… so the staff has not been there that long… why such the long mean faces when I entered? I mean the places was dead and I couldn’t find anyone to help me. Which stinks, because I really needed a ton of new products that I wanted to try. So I left, and to Sephora in Crestview Hills. I was greeted upon entering, and $ 200 later left with everything I needed. Ulta needs to step up their game. This place is just like shopping at the cosmetics section at Target. Not worth the money… and be careful of their return policy. Ive heard horror stories!

Clean, well organized, with friendly, helpful staff! I’ve never had a negative experience, and the women working are always very helping. If you ask a question about a product they aren’t familiar with they’ll direct you to someone who is familiar with it. They’re always great about recommending products in a non pushy way and informing me of any sales I might be interested in but missed. The staff is always great about knowing when to hover and when to just let me browse. I’ve never used the salon, but I’ve seen lots of people leave there smiling.

Extremely disappointed. I came here during their grand opening weekend to see what they have. I was immediately greeted by a pleasant and friendly woman. But unfortunately that’s where my happy and pleasant experience ended. After asking one of the employees if they carried a certain item, I was met with a rude attitude. It was as if she was put off by my question. Bad day for her maybe? Does it matter when customer service is your business? It matters to me. This was my first visit and it will be my last. Yeah so this place is practically in my back yard, I have no problems driving out of my way to Sephora, where I know I will find what I’m looking for and have a great customer service experience.
