Wendy’s

Slowest service ever. Sat in drive thru for 20 min. Cold burger and raw fries. On a Friday night. That’s sad

I usually prefer Wendy’s due to the healthier options, like Cesar salads and bacon smothered potatoes– er– maybe just tastier options. I was happy with the service here until my last visit, when I watched the burger and fry bagging guy stick his bare fingers into my fries, multiple times, as he bagged my order at the window. Ew! Food touchers are supposed to wear gloves!* Speed is not more important then the health code, or my health. The order taker was professional, but the girl at the second window handed me my bag and closed the window on me while I was asking for a straw. Auto. Pilot.
*I know that the glove wearing is a company policy, since one of my first jobs was at a Wendy’s. My boss was super OCD about health code stuff and making things shiny. Maybe that is the real reason I pick Wendy’s over other fast food joints.
