Simply the best dunks in Newton, they always get the order right and they do it with a smile on their face! However be prepared to have patience, quality takes time!

I go here almost every day and the people who work here are the best. They greet every customer with a smile and know their regulars’ orders by heart.

What a sad little store. I know it’s not easy serving cranky customers who haven’t had their coffee yet, but at least play along with the script. Other Dunkin Donuts have figured it out — it is actually possible to smile and be helpful while you’re gritting your teeth. The staff here generally makes you feel like you have intruded on their already horrible day, and they seem to expect you to make it worse. Customer service? On a scale of 1 to 10, it may be a –2.

The iced coffee used to be good. Nowadays, it just tastes burnt. And when my husband asked the server to please make his iced coffee by putting the coffee in first, THEN the cream and sugar, she totally copped a ‘tude with him. Is this really that difficult? Lady, we’re here every weekend and when you put the cream/sugar in first, it tastes nasty. We’ll have it the way we want it please. So sorry to be a bother! The younger servers are really nice though, and have no problems making a regular customer a decent iced coffee!

Okay, so this place is very close to my parents’ abode and as there are no DDs where I live in SF, I usually go to this one whenever I am home. This time, the server-guy called me sir. I hate that. Yes, I stand almost 6 feet tall. Yes, I have short brown hair. Yes, I wear no makeup and don’t have my ears pierced. However, I am not a sir. Really, I am just not that butch. When I said, «no, I’m a Mam»(or however you spell that word) he apologized profusely and I got flustered and nervously said, «it’s ok, it must be my short hair» WHEN, the woman-customer to my right said, no, it’s your height, I get it all the time too. I looked at her and we had a rather extensive(for Boston) conversation about ear piercings and being called a sir. She made my day! I might never venture back to that DDs again but I will always be grateful to that customer for reminding me that I’m not alone being a short-haired, earring-less, tall woman who does not fit into someone else’s standards of womanhood!
