This place does not disappoint! I have gotten 2 custom-framed embroidery pieces (including a family heirloom) framed here, and they are lovely. Kurt is the best! He is very creative, and a great listener, and is committed to make your piece a MASTERpiece. Outstanding service and selection, definitely worth the price.

Frame It helped me design a custom made photo book that I needed for a contest submission. They did a wonderful job and really went out of their way to get it right. I didn’t win the contest, but at least I still have this nice keepsake.

Kurt the owner and his great team will bend over backwards to please you. They are hard working and precise in their work. I recommend them for any framing project. They have stretched very large canvases for me like over six feet in each direction and they look great! They have also done large beautiful frames for me like four feet by four feet and they put in a great deal of time and effort to work with me so I was satisfied. They are reliable with deadlines too. I would go back to Kurt and his team any time. They are great to work with and they really take pride in their work.

I have gotten many pieces framed here over the years. I picked up a print today that I bought on my vacation to Asheville, and I have to say Bill really went the extra mile for me on making it look great! It looks stunning and I’m very happy with it. I like the TLC you can get in a local shop such as this gem in Waban. They also have a good selection of ready to hang frames, as well as their custom work. Go forth and decorate!
