Newton Centre, MA
Mara is a terrific Pilates instructor. Her ability to focus on an individual’s issues, even in a group class, makes her classes extremely valuable to me. Even just a small «tweak» in a position or movement can often make all the difference. I have been taking classes with Mara since 2010 and she has helped me tremendously with my posture, core conditioning, and overall health. Her studio has all of the necessary equipment for a variety of classes. I highly recommend her!

Mara’s Core Conditioning is an outstanding Pilates program in an attractive private studio in Newton Four Corners. Mara is a master teacher, focused on customizing her approach for each individual student. She is highly professional and responsive to each person’s needs. Her studio is attractive and spotless, very light and airy. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
