Love this locations and the team. The meals area always tasty. My one concern is when I dine along at the bar the service is alway just fair.

My most recent visit to the Bonefish in Edgmont was incredible! The food was delicious as always. I’m impressed at the consistency of great food that Bonefish always gives us. Our server Rich was fantastic as well. He was very personable and knowledgable and was able to make excellent recommendations for our meal. The Artic Charr he recommended was great and he did a great job helping my girlfriend choose a wine to pair with her dinner. It was also good to see the management team being very involved. Kevin stopped by our table to ask how everything was and thanked us for coming in. I have been to other Bonefish locations but the Edgmont location is by far our favorite with their consistency of delicious food and excellent service. This is a chain restaurant that gives off a very friendly and community kind of vibe that is very rare to see. We will definitely be returning and definitely asking for rich!

So I received a gift card here for Christmas. Made a reservation for 7:30 on a Saturday. When we arrived they said we would have to wait and when we asked how long they said they had no idea and they 100% couldn’t give us a time estimate. We decided to try UNO up the street and had a great meal and a good time. Second time trying to go here I explained to the hostess what happened the first time and I wanted to make sure we would be able to be seated at 6 and she had a horrible attitude so I said forget it. I guess I’ll have to try the concord mall location.

Bang bang shrimp is amazing like always. Went with a party of 5 and my food was the only one correct. Simple bang bang shrimp with sides. They give large portion sizes and try the corn crab chowder it is the best! The presentation is beyond gorgeous!

Kitchen is disgustingly filthy. Edgemont Township should be sued allowing this place to operate. Take my advice stay as far away from this restaurant as you can. I wouldn’t let my dog eat here. I give it 10 negative stars.

My husband and I would visit Bonefish at least one to two times a month. Our last experience, however, was not so great. We ordered the bang bang shrimp which tasted like it was fried in old oil. For dinner we ordered the filet mignon & crab cake dinner. My husband asked for his steak to be cooked medium, and it came extremely raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. Our side of potato au gratin was a sloppy mess and looked like it had been reheated in the microwave multiple times. The reason I am still giving this place two stars was because our server was very attentive and polite. He noticed we barely touched our meals and sent over a manager, whom did remove my husband’s steak from the check. Not sure if we will be coming back here for a while, which is just a shame because it was once our favorite local restaurant.

Fish done right, good salads, and a generous bartender. What’s not to like?

Terrible. Sat @ the bar for dinner, the bartender was more interested in speaking to a select few customers than tending bar. Service was absolutely awful & food was average at best. I will not be returning ever! I am very understanding patron but service was simply awful.

I went to the Bonefish Grill to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had reservations and were seated immediately even though we were about 20 minutes early. We ordered wine(Jacob’s Creek moscato) and Bang Bang shrimp to start. I had the crab cakes and the birthday girl had twin lobster tails. Everything was delicious. I thought the crab cakes were small but that was the only negative about the dinner. The waitress was so attentive and was the most pleasant server I have ever had. I wish that I would remember her name. She answered our questions and really took her time with us because it was our first visit. I would go back. Bonefish is now one of my favorites!

Very dissapointed with dinner last evening. One drink arrived had to ask twice for the other even though my drink was a ”special” I was told it was difficult to make and bartender was busy? Food was warm at best. I usually frequent Bonefish at least once a month but that will change no plates for appatizer waited for bread was told it was still in oven. I don’t blame the server who was very nice but bartending and kitchen staff need improvement

By far the best Atlantic salmon I ever had! They have yummy garlic mashed potatoes and the asparagus is good as well. So far I’ve tried the pineapple drink and the new watermelon martini. The service is awesome. They greet you with a warm smile and the atmosphere is always positive

Came with my boyfriend on a Friday night and we were promptly seated and greeted by our server. Service overall was great! The bread with olive oil was warm and delicious. For an appetizer we got the bang bang shrimp — huge serving and just as great as everyone here says. It was crispy and spicy. I could’ve eaten that as my meal. For entrees he got a mahi mahi special with lobster Thermidor which he loved. I got the grilled tuna with the pan Asian sauce. The tuna was cooked medium just as I asked and I absolutely loved the sweet-spicy-salty Asian sauce. It definitely went great with the tuna. For sides I got the grilled zucchini medley which was pretty bland but the mashed potatoes were creamy and well seasoned. We also each ordered a sangria(him red and me white) the red was great but the white was kind of mediocre and not too flavorful. The price for drinks wasn’t great either. Overall good experience though. I would return.

I am a pretty big fan of Bonefish. My family doesn’t really eat red meat so when I take my parents out it is typically to a seafood place. I don’t know if this is a franchise but at each location that I have ever been to the servers are great! I’m giving this place 5 stars because one of the servers was so nice! I came here with two of my friends. Apparently, he was extremely charming and pulled out their chairs. When I arrived late, he shook my hand and introduced himself. I honestly should have remembered his name but I don’t. I have never had a server shake my hand. Props man. You make Bonefish more awesome!

Extremely disappointed. Came here on recommendation that the food was good and portions large. Instead, we had tiny portions with poor presentation. My ahi tuna was medium well despite asking for rare. Salad had wilted greens and tasteless tomato… and a sliver of avocado. I also don’t get why they sat at the table next to the entrance while the restaurant was almost empty… Or why they took my plate well before my date was done. One last thing: snap peas need the ends cut off. Cmon.

We just had a delicious«date night» dinner at Bonefish in Newtown Square. We were thoroughly enjoying our leisurely night out without kids, so imagine our surprise when we asked for the bill, and our waitress, Gretchen(who was fantastic — very courteous and accommodating) informed us that our bill had been taken care of by the manager, Felicia. Apparently Felicia was concerned because we had to wait a few extra minutes for our server to arrive, so she comped our entire dinner(apps, salads, entrees). We have been to this restaurant before and always enjoyed our meals, but we will be sure to recommend this restaurant to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much for making this a memorable night out! Lori and Jason

I don’t know why people keep giving this place good reviews. The steak was tough and dry despite ordering it cooked medium. The bang bang shrimp were soggy. My husbands lamb was tough and potatoes overcooked… This for was way you over priced ad honestly I could’ve eaten better at Dennys for cheaper and this really saying something

Do you like overpriced, bland, or overly salty food? Do you enjoy pathetically small portions? Do you appreciate waiting an hour for your lackluster food, even when the restaurant isn’t even half full? Better yet, do you enjoy being the only group waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes for a table only to finally walk into the dining room and notice there are multiple tables that are already open? If any of the above apply to you, this is your restaurant! A restaurant where you approach the hostess desk and stand there awkwardly as the hostess blatantly ignores you. A restaurant where they serve you subpar vegetables that look like they have been previously frozen and expired roughly a week or two ago. A restaurant where one orders the 6oz sirloin and crab cake combo but only gets approximately 3 oz. of overcooked steak and a golf ball sized, salty crab cake. A restaurant that has been on a steady decline and seems to lack overall appreciation for the paying customer. Simply put, we will not revisit this establishment.

Been to the Bonefish chain a bunch of times. Very good seafood chain. Service at the Willow Grove location is better. Both locations the bar area is very lively. We usually eat in the bar area. Order: my fav to start is the bang bang shrimp and calamari. Wednesday nights has half off bang bang. My go to entrée is the chilean seabass in the asian sauce with jasmine rice, so flaky and tasty. The tacos are great as well. End the meal with the key lime pie, not to sweet or tangy, the perfect blend. Had a one off night here once, the entrée was overlooked. Service: the service at the Willow Grove location is better. The service here is a bit slow and not as attentive. It depends on the waiter. Overall: def a good seafood chain restaurant. You can’t go wrong.
