Perfect experience. Our Saleswomen, Joelle, did a marvelous job helping us select
a mattress and new pillows. Price was good too. Delivery the next day by 2 gentlemen who did a great job removing the old Mattress (which was super heavy) and Box spring. Not a mark on anything and they were in and out in a flash. Great job Sleepy’s. Highly recommend this Sleepy’s location in Newtown Square, PA.

Our salesman was Vince and he was really knowledgeable about the products in the store. He was very friendly and courteous and extremely patient while we tried just about every mattress in the store. He asked specific questions about our sleeping habits and directed us to several styles of mattresses that would fit our needs. We felt the pricing was right and, overall, the experience was great. The delivery was right on time as well. Great job Vince!

Go see Paul!!!
We went in there looking for a twin bed. Paul helped us try out every twin bed for our toddler and explained the differences between each. We told him we already had a headboard and frame but we were a little confused on the frame’s missing part. He not only told us how to fix it but researched online with us to show us the exact part to get.
Exceptional customer service. We will def return for Paul when we need a new mattress in the future.

They are passionate about mattresses and extremely knowledgable .
They are also well informed about the physiology of sleep .
They answered all of my several questions .
