Nice store and the manager was EXTREMELY knowledgeable since he has sold mattresses for decades. Very friendly, non-pressure shopping experience. I was in another Mattress Factory days before and received great service there as well, but, decided to compare two of the same name stores near our home, as well as other mattress stores since it was just the start of our mattress shopping. We decided to buy from the Newtown Square store because of the likeability of the manager and his knowledge of the business. The salespeople DO NOT work on commission so they don’t pressure you like they do at Sleepy’s (who have the worst, uneducated sales people E.V.E.R.). I highly recommend checking out Mattress Factory in Newtown Square if you are in the market for a mattress. It is a smooth, comfortable shopping experience.
