Terrible experience. Pushy saleswoman who in attempt to become my mom’s friend ended up saying her name wrong the entire time. Just desperate and annoying.

What started out to be a simple mattress purchase has turned into a total fiasco. The mattress and box springs were delivered on time yesterday but then I was told that the box springs was damaged and I could call and schedule another delivery of a new one. Why they would deliver damaged merchandise is beyond me, not even asking me beforehand if I would take it. I refused delivery and made a scathing phone call to the store. They «understood» and scheduled another delivery today between 4 and 8 pm. It is now 9:00 pm and no delivery. I would absolutely never recommend this store. In addition to this craziness with the delivery, they charged $ 20 more for delivery than the online price and did not bother to call 30 minutes ahead of their arrival as I was told. Avoid this store at all costs!!!
