I sometimes become tolerant and open minded about 7 – 11 coffee, generally after the realization that I’m paying $ 3.50 a day at Starbucks. After stopping in this branch 2x however, I have concluded that the coffee in here is pretty poor, much worse than at typical 7 – 11’s. I’m not sure if it’s sitting too long or if the ground coffee to water ratio is off, but the coffee has been just putrid each time I’ve got one. Thankfully, there’s also Wawa in Yardley as a cheap coffee go to and the notably ritzier Starbucks down the street. I’d be miserable if this was the only game in town

Have had a few experiences here in the past that have made me into not such a big fan of this 7⁄11. The staff itself is unresponsive to needs. Multiple times I’ve come in here and have had to ask staff to ring me out or to give me some customer service. With this said, the location is prime and, as Gerald has pointed out, there is an abundance of parking and coffee here is reasonably priced unlike Starbucks.

One star is lost for the need for a serious renovation. Very good for dropping in for milk, etc and lottery. Actually in my opinion the best and quickest place for lottery.

The anti-Starbucks. In sight of its backdoor. Pour your own and no waiting. Decent coffee and snacks. Inferior view, but no seating required. I’m not saying 7⁄11 is a true alternative to the Green Mermaid, but if you strip away the atmospherics and even the pretension, and the antisocial, illegal, parking in front so some can get their daily grind going without the trouble of finding a safe place to stash their wheels, what you are left with are taste and price. On both counts, the Lucky Numbers win — with parking to spare.
