Update — 2nd year here for our annual pumpkin picking trip, and I am still obsessed with this place. $ 2 to park. $ 7 per person for a great hayride to the patch and take home any pumpkin you like. The people who work here are all very nice. The price above was not ‘on the menu’ this year, you had to ask for it. Everything on the menu included a lot more activities that we would not be interested in as adults with a 20 month old baby who is afraid of everything(LOL). No charge to take photos with the adorable fall props they have where you walk in or to see the awesome farm animals(pigs, donkeys, chickens, ducks and goats. My daughter loved it! The flexibility to just get the pumpkin and hayride for a reasonable price will keep us coming back. Thank you!

Went today with family(1 kid) it was later in the day but the teller said it was open till 6. We went straight to the pumpkin field where a grocery store size pumpkin awaited. And searched for anything that may be big enough to carve. Found one that may fit in both hands but was green cause Halloween always has green pumpkins. Then tried to enjoy another lame attraction but was told 2 min and shutting down. We asked for money back but people were rude and refused but hey we left after $ 45 with 3 mini pumpkins. Save your time and money and go to shady brook farms. Better attractions and worth the money and they have REAL orange pumpkins that aren’t tiny.

This has been our yearly pumpkin picking farm for the last 10 years but after today, we will not be back. It was very busy today and the lady at the ticket booth was clearly overwhelmed. And, made it known a few times, she usually works at night. She was very rude. After questioning the price of the hayride with pumpkin, she loudly says in front of everyone, where else are you going to get a pumpkin for $ 5.00. All I wanted to know if it was the same price as last year. Instead of giving me the facts, she decided to embarrass me, the customer. In addition, the man talking to the people before the hayride starts is a total j*rk! My 5 yr old son was turned around to look at him while he spoke about the rules(as I have instructed him — to look at an adult when they speak.) before the hayride started. The man stops mid rules and yells at my son to turn around and says jokingly, that would be a lot of dental work, while everyone laughs. Not so funny to me or my son. Mind you, these are adults I am talking about acting rude. The hayride isn’t the same either. Definitely shorter with one scary scene. In years past, there were many scary things to look at while on the ride. In addition, they sprang on you when you got there, they are now charging $ 2.00 for parking. You lost a repeat customer…

It was okay; I went last year and not much changed. They have lines for everything. 3 lines for tickets(5 tickets booth) Then you wait in another line to get in. The night we went there were two school buses and tons of teenagers holding up the lines or trying to cut the lines to get with a group of 10+ of their friends. Rather annoying. Haunted Hayride– The hayride was actually pretty lame this year. The actors didn’t do much in regards to actually scaring you; they would mostly just scream at you and run away. Aside from giving me and my date a chance to get close and watch the stars in the cornfield we rode through, it was a waste. ½ the time we either missed seeing the actors or they had some lame scare tactic.(We were seated in the middle side of the cart.) Haunted House– Pretty much the same as last year. I did have some actors grab me and they did add some more illusion type stuff this year; however they rush you through so you don’t get a chance to really look at it. As a result, there were a few areas within the house that had a line of like 20 people or more. Field of Terror– We skipped this attraction this year, but when we sat at the bonfire right outside, we didn’t hear too many screams or anything. Bonfire– It is a great idea so that on cooler nights(like the night we went), we could enjoy hot cider and caramel apples while keeping warm. Plus the other car we parked in their property was hit and damaged on the left side fender because of the crooked way they have their attendants direct the cars.(We didn’t see it until the following morning when it was light out) Beware if you park there!
