I just found this place wandering down State Street after finishing a hearing at the District Court.
It looks like a very old store.
The selection was small but good, and the person working was very knowledgable. Got a great recommendation for 10 sticks for the lake.
Hope I represent more people with hearings in Newtown.

Sorry. Very small selection, the couches in the «lounge» were all torn up, and the guy behind the counter, which first took him 5 minutes to get off the couch, had no idea what propylene glycol was. Clean up the place and add a some of a selection. Until then…

This shop exemplifies the meaning of «small town living.» Stop by and you never know who you’ll see… a politician, a sports legend, or a group of hometown regulars. Always great conversation and camaraderie. Luca brings his welcoming Italian spirit to Newtown and makes everyone feel at home in Luca’s Lounge @ Ned’s Cigars. BYOB and enjoy a game, a movie or attend one of his many events! And he is a generous supporter of the community in many ways as well! Newtown loves Luca!

I’m a very big fan of this humble, hometown spot. This is the kind of place you would expect in a wonderful town like Newtown. Locally owned by Luca, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. It caters to true cigar lovers and beginners alike. He will help you choose and will also special order anything you don’t see in the store.
They also sponsor some great events like the recent cigar and scotch night. Lots of fun.
