Been there twice. You’d think a business owner would be happy and friendly because she is doing what she loves. Not sure then why this owner has such an «I don’t want to be here» attitude. Even though I’m paying her for her services, I feel the sense as if she’s doing me a favor — one that she doesn’t want to do. No smiles, no conversation. Just cut my hair as quickly as possible so she can get paid and move onto the next head. I have straight hair and she couldn’t even cut it evenly! Don’t know how long she’ll stay in business with that poor attitude and skill.

I was not happy with this place at all. My experience takes place over 2 days. I walked in on a Saturday around 4:30. There was only one hair cutter. There should be more on a weekend. The haircuts we told me it would be a 10 minute wait. 45 minutes later I was still waiting so I decided to leave. On Sunday I thought I’d give this place a second chance. This time I got in right away! I told the hair dresser I wanted 2 inches off and only 2 inches. She did not listen and took off 5 inches. I was not happy. When I said something she tried to justify the hair cut. I will not be coming back. I would also never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I used the online check in feature to book my appointment, they told me it was a 10 min wait time and to be there at 11:45. I arrived at 11:45, a woman who had called in was waiting too, but my check in was before hers. The older stylist was working on hair color, and did not greet me at all, but told me from the back of the store to sign in. Waiting a half hour, a nice, friendlier stylist finally finished w her client and was sweeping up and said I was next on the list. The woman sitting with her daughter complained that she has been waiting and the manager told her to come in. Even though my appointment was technically before hers, and then after some discussion with the short haired manager she just voided my appointment and just decided that I was to wait. I am on my break, I thought I would be in at 11:45 but now at 12:30, I’m not sure if I will even have time to wait for them to finish. When I tried to explain that my appointment was before hers and that I arrived to my appointment on time, and she would have known that if she had greeted me, and I told the manager how I thought she was wrong and she proceeded to argue with me. She should have told that other client there was one person ahead of her when she first called, or they should have told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait, instead of us BOTH sitting there waiting wasting our time with no one greeting us, or telling us anything. I could feel my face redden, the unnecessary drama, I said forget it, resolved to just let it go, when I simply had an appointment and this person was a walkin. I was resigned to wait, I told her to stop arguing with me and let it go now. she should not be arguing with a client who wants to pay you money, and just huffing under her breath. She should just try to diffuse the situation. Ridiculous. And she still kept being argumentative. Get some professionalism. Then she and her client began talking about me right there in front of me. Idiots. I left. No money for you. Sorry to the friendly stylist, your manager ruined it for you. Very bad service from that older short haired stylist. I will not return.
