One guy working in the back during lunch time rush is not a good combo. These people are clueless. Slowest fast food place in the world.

Terrific customer service! BILLY GONDEK took our order and served our delicious chicken and sides to us promptly and with great care. After seeing a movie last night, we were hungry. It was late, nearly 10pm, and he took time to review with us the chicken parts that were available for us to choose from. He also helped us decide on our sides. Billy gave us great service and we very much enjoyed our late night meal!

Decent chicken, pricing is so-​so, The portions are fair.
You better check your order, or you may find missing orders, we found 2 coleslaws missing.
That wasn’t cool, we were looking forward to them!

Today was my second time at Popeyes in Niagara Falls. To start off with the servers where not very friendly. The bisket it was like a hockey puck and the chicken was way too greasy and salty. If you like greasy and salty food then this is a good place for you, sorry to say I will not be back.

I wanted to give this place a second chance after I got sick the first time I ate there because I thought it might have been a fluke. I went yesterday for lunch and ordered the mild chicken tenders, coleslaw, and biscuit. Not an hour later I felt nauseous and it lasted for the rest of the night. I’m not sure if they’re not cooking the chicken for long enough or what (it was very busy and they seemed to be rushing out orders) but I’m afraid I won’t be eating here again. :(

If you like spicy chicken this is the place to go to! The chicken is always fresh, hot and crispy. It is about time this area gets a Popeyes cause I have been waiting to try this. The biscuits are so warm and soft its hard to have just one. The chicken has just the right amount of spice to give your mouth that kick! I went through the drive through and they were quick and efficient in taking my order and getting the food out to us. The price is right and the food is great. gives you that southern cooking style to bring home to your family.

This was my first time at a Popeyes, I found the food great for the value. I ordered a shrimp and chicken combo, everything was breaded quite thickly so it was filling. It came with a drink, a side (I chose mac and cheese) and a biscuit, all that for around 6 $. It’s hard to find a fast food combo around that price nowadays, Mcdonald’s trio and even a small Subway sandwich cost more than that where I’m from!
This seems to be a new building, it’s clean, spacious and smelt like new paint/​rubber mats when we walked in.
What amazed me the most was the Coke Freestyle machine which is a selling point in itself for this location. I’ve only ever seen this on TV, so it was awesome being able to choose from hundreds of combinations. The only bummer was that all Coke flavors were empty and when we alerted one of the employees, he kind of looked at us with a blank face and didn’t do anything.
I think the problem as someone else mentionned is that most of the staff doesn’t speak English well. They seem to be a little slow but I did get my food in a timely manner and there was nothing wrong with it.

Waited 30 minutes for our food, which never came. Crew was very disorganized and manager didn’t seem to a grip on his employees. First and last time we’ll ever go here.

Best fast food fried chicken in town! Blasts kfc out of the water. Get the spicy batter, it gives the chicken that extra kick. The food is always hot and fresh the only complaint I have is that it takes a little while to get your food. Management needs a little more training.

Ok, here’ s my take.
The first time I went here I went inside to order/​eat and it was pretty much a gong show. So I just got my food to go and ate it in the car. Since then I have only done drive through.
I’ve only ordered spicy breasts there so can’t comment on any of the food other than that and the biscuits and oh — once I had fries. No complaints on food.
Once I did actually leave the drive thru line after waiting 15-​minutes and not even getting to the order thingy.
It’s fast food. It’s greasy chicken. It is what it is and in my book, it’s a-​ok for what it is.

I have been to Popeye’s all over the south.
I’m used to the food in Southern style restaurants not being the same when they open up North, but this!!!
Chicken was dry, fries were cold, half the staff I felt bad because they lack basic English speaking skills.
In this town KFC is still the best place to go for fast food chicken.

Worst Popeyes I’ve Ben to in my entire life, the staff is rude and argued when we asked for ice when the machine was out on our side of the counter! I asked them if they had Cajun sparkle (a signature Popeyes seasoning) and without even looking he said NO! Not to mention, I’ve only Ben here twice and both times the chicken was burnt! I do not mean over cooked, it was literally black and crunchy!
If you would like to be treated like dirt, or have terrible food/​service, then this is the place for you. If not then I recommend McDonald’s/ Wendy’s right down the road. The food might not be much better but at least you will leave satisfied!

Couldn’t even bring myself to giving this place 2 stars, it was awful.
First, most of the employees barely speak English. Like you don’t understand them and they don’t understand you. Second, the mix of clientele is both normal families and total freak shows. Third, the food freaking sucked.
The most disturbing of all was the freak show. There was a… Woman, we’ll say… Sitting at a table by the door. All I really caught was that something was not right and that she was scratching violently at her head. Being that there were few tables open that weren’t in direct sunlight, and all next to her, I was ready to leave. That is, until the police came in and kicked her out. She must be a well known community cuckoo bird. Apparently she was asking people for money. And the cop said to her «you know you can’t be in here…» So she had been there before! She angrily pushed her junk filled Target cart across the parking lot, yelling at nothing. Sad and scary.
The other freak show was 2 guys sitting behind me, the one talking in detail about being arrested but «the cops hooked (him) up» by not cuffing him… Oy vey… Where are we?!?
The food was greasy as hell. The chicken was an oil slog. Crispy but pure oil. The breast was actually okay. It was super juicy. But the dark meat, yuck! The mashed potatoes were horrible. Clearly potato flakes with an awful Cajun gravy with little grisly meat bits in it. Yuck!!! The biscuit was good. And the drink machine is that type with a million choices, so that was good.
But absolutely nothing was worth returning for. Ever!

I was excited to finally try Popeyes! Sounded so good on the commercials and we finally have one close by. My excitement dropped on my first visit! The kid behind the counter was the most rude person I have ever run into in a service related field. Clearly he did not want to be there and just didn’t give a care about customers or his job. I told him I wanted to be served by someone who appreciated customers. Our next server could barely speak English, after asking him to repeat himself five time the manager finally came over and took my order. This was not the start I was expecting for Popeyes. After all that, they didn’t have any rolls so we couldn’t order a sandwich and settled for chicken strips. Food was very greasy and the pop was watered down. I don’t believe I will be returning anytime soon.

Ran out of sauce, food was tasteless and greasy, drink was watery, couldn’t understand anyone behind the counter, totally disappointed! First and last time I’ll go. Shame. Not worth the over priced hype.
