I’ve been to a quality inn before and it was nice so you could imagine my surprise when we get into our rooms to find a disgusting odor in the air, blood stains, and poop stains on the sheets. When we asked them to change them they had a attitude about it claiming that, «they already did». Once we finally got them to change it. It was okay until later that night where we discovered all the sheets were just dirty. I was expecting that for the top blanket but not the sheets they are supposed to change regularly. There was terrible service as we tried to explain the issues to the front desk employees. It was so bad I was trying to find another hotel for the night but everywhere was booked, some of my family even contemplated sleeping in the car. As we were leaving we saw one of the housekeeping employees going into the room with folded sheets and coming with them. Meaning that she didn’t change the sheets at all, because they are usually supposed to come out with the old disheveled sheets and put it in a bag to go wash. Also as we were passing by the front desk to leave we saw a woman in a business suit, who was a part of another hotel chain, yelling at them saying how unacceptable the place was. I’d give this place a zero if I could.

people who gave this place more than 1 star are employees. this place is a mess. We checked in very late at night. The receptionist didn’t even care to give us right directions to the room and sent us all the way around the building while our room was right above her desk. Bathtub was clogged, coffee machine was sticky and disgusting, shower curtain was dirty, mold all over the bath. I have taken pictures if anyone needs them. Don’t go to Quality Inn. it’s that one thing that will ruin your trip. I am referring to the one on Niagara Falls in NY.

Hotel was a bit old and dreary, hallway in particular was smelly and dingy. Room was ok. Pool was ok. Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant. The upsides are friendly & helpful staff, walking distance to falls, culinary institute right across the street, lawn on the side with chairs, games, live music.

Quite frankly, after reading the reviews I was nervous to stay here. I took cleaning supplies with me! It turned out to be just fine. Hotel is older, and could use upgrading. But room and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, there was a free shuttle to attractions. The kids loved the(small) pool. Our window overlooked the lobby which was a bit odd, but the parking lot was unimpressive so it wouldn’t have been an upgrade. I would stay here again. Reasonable price to see the falls!

Pros: Air conditioning worked great Refrigerator and coffee maker in the room Wifi was outstanding Bed was comfortable Good location(close to everything worthwhile) Cons: Oh my God the toilet. Worst flushing capacity EVER. Became clogged several times with minimal toilet paper. Had to flush at least twice every single time. No towels in the room upon arrival(although they did bring them promptly when asked). We could hear every single footstep from the people in the room above us. Horrible. Really horrible. If you do book here, request a second floor room. Could have been cleaner. The desk chair had something splashed on the arms that was never cleaned. Television reception was poor. Picture quality was poor. There’s no lid on the toilet. Had to worry about dropping things(towels, which are stored right above it, and toiletry items) into it. There were 4 small pillows(almost the size of a decorative pillow) on the bed. Thank God we always bring extra! Jacuzzi tub was kind of small for 2 people and the jets worked much better on one side than the other. The drain knob controller kept falling off and even when closed, it drained. Overall, if you’re staying more than one night you can find a better hotel. And should!

I’ve never been to many hotels, but this one was great. Me and my family of 4 had a two bed room. It was clean, and the maid was very nice. The indoor pool was great fun. One thing though; our key card kept deactivating. While my brother and I ran from the pool to our room, we had to freeze our bums off waiting to get a new key. It’s a great choice.

This city(and surrounding areas) has some of the oldest buildings ever. I mean, everything is just sooo old! No one wants to update? Seriously?! I booked my room online(and those pictures were decieving out of this world!). My room was nice and clean, but it looked nothing like the pictures at all. The air worked well, which is a big deal to me, since I’m always on the hotter side, both figuratively and literally. Haha! =) Room service ran on a schedule that I guess I should have inquired about. I noticed they came in every other day. I mean, I was so busy running around and trying to go places, that I only noticed at the end of the day when we would return to the room to get some shut-eye. No big deal, we cleaned up after ourselves. Also, the toilet kept becoming clogged up, even with small amounts of tissue. That became annoying. I guess my biggest gripe is it’s just so old and ugly on the outside and throughout the halls. Other than that, if you’re gonna be in and out and literally only coming here for sleep, this will work.
